So I just filed my taxes and I'm getting a good tax return. I'm planning on upgrading my HTC Vive to the Pro model but i saw that there is a Pro Eye model. I looked at the details of the Pro Eye and I'm not sure if I should pay 200 more for the eye tracking, cause I don't know if its going to work with all the games I play. I just want to know the key differences and which I should go with. By the way I looked at the index and its a solid choice but I have a large play area and I prefer using the Vive wireless kit that I already have. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I did what you said and the issue persists. Currently asking MSI if a RMA or something similar is possible. If not I'm going to go to some 3rd party repair service to see if something could be done. Do you know a good company that would help me out?

I have an MSI GS75 Stealth 10sfs-028 and I was thinking that I need more storage. So when Prime Day was a thing I purchased a Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2tb nvme, which was a steal. 1 week later it arrived and I installed it tonight, the installation went along seemingly smoothly, there wasn't much for me to do. I just had to remove the back panel and the m.2 slot was right there. So I installed it, screwed the panel back on, plugged the power back in and pressed the power button. Upon pressing the button I saw the power indicator come on as usual but the keyboard and display didn't. I let it run for a little thinking I just had to wait a while and it will work but there was nothing. The only thing that happened is the fan on the right side of the laptop would ramp up maybe a minute after power. I long pressed the power for a complete shutdown and after a minute I pressed again and the issue persisted. So thinking maybe it was the new ssd I made sure the laptop was fully shutdown I unscrewed the panel and took out the new m.2. Then sure enough the issue was still there. Now I sit here dumbfounded thinking about the installation and where I f*cked up. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a link for specs: https://bit.ly/35Er7IJ

Honestly this looks great, I dont get the notch/hole thing. I think a neat bezel looks WAY better than anything else.

UPDATE: I found out that sending it to a repair shop to get it fixed is going to cost more than I would like to so that's not happening. Also I tried some superglue but to no avail, I took a closer look at the crack and found the contacts at the bottom of the port were broken. So I guess I'm going to just take what I can from the damn thing and sell it. Thanks for your guys' help.

It powers on but it goes straight to BIOS, I put the ssd into my desktop and it works fine.

To make a long story short my laptop (MSI GS73 Stealth 8rf) fell on an occupied usb slot and cracked the M.2 slot. Now when I turn it on it goes straight to BIOS. Link to pictures in spoiler Is there a service that I can send this to get it fixed? Should I replace the whole motherboard or should I just buy a new laptop? Unfortunately I can't use warranty because I had to break a warranty sticker to get to it. Anything helps, thank you.

The sounds of the start up and menus comfort me like almost no one has before, rivaled only to my close family and some friends. Still have one from when I was either 8 or 9. It's a good fall back from games today when things get repetitive.

IMO the Galaxy S9+ was their last best phone, I don't think they realize that having a reasonably sized bezel is okay. I would rather have the bezel of the S9+ than a notch or hole.
