You can do significant damage to the memory controller at higher voltages even at good temps, so 1.2875v is still too high (this is debatable, AMD doesnt have official statement, some brands claim 1.3v, some said 1.2v). Some users do find better stability between the 1.05v to 1.15v range so try that.

My friends parents bought her a $1000 laptop with a dual core and an r7 240 (or something similar I dont know exactly) and her claiming that its the most kick butt laptop out there just because of the price... I got a used lapotop for $150 with a quad core, worse graphics,(nvs 5200m) but good enough to play csgo and 90 fps, gta at 50 all low on both, 1368x768 native resolution of laptop... It only set me back $150? there are so many better choices at the thousand dollar range, probably things cheaper too..

Take the $10 from him then file a dispute separately.

You could probably manage GTA V, but BF2 is gonna be a tough one. GTA V runs on older and lower end systems surprisingly well with some fine tuned settings.

Think pads are business machines generally. Thats why they have idea pads, as those are more normal people focused. 

thinkpad's are nromally pretty good, though I heard bad things about the old e series.
 
those idea pads though. Jesus they look bad. I'd ask why they even bother stocking them when they have such an awesome line already...but we can all guess where they woulda gotten the idea to rip off consumers who don't know better from.

Lenovo laptop, but yes similar idea to apple. And yea that too.

my dad put his sweater of the directTV box because the light on it was bothering him (but the TV wasnt? idk either) 
i asked him to remove it, or else the box would kill itself, its fanless, has shitty heatsinks in there and covering the small amount of venting it does have is going to kill it.

1060 will be able to run all these games fine. maybe not pubg at max but honestly there isnt much diffenece between max and normal. As for fortnite csgo and tf2, those can be run on near potato systems (with the excpetion of fortnite maybe) so youll be fine with a 1060.
