  1. Even if it isn't in warranty anymore? (Expired around 3 months ago...)
  2. Hello LTT Forums, I have a very strange issue regarding the keyboard in my laptop. It sometimes doesn't respond to keypresses, this happens comepletely random but when it happens it's affecting the following keys (for now): F C R Backspace 8 9 0 Sometimes it helps to press a "useless" key together with the key that's not working. For example: while I was typing this thread those keys where not working so I constantly pressed Scroll Lock when typing one of those characters. With this method they sometimes register, sometimes not. Remember: This issue happens (for how far I know) completely random so this isn't always the case. I tried windows complete factory reset, it was fixed for some time but it came back. Laptop specs (if needed): I hope someone can help me, let me know if any more information is needed. -Luuk
  3. Thx I will take a look at it. More suggestions are welcome!
  4. Hello everyone, I'm looking for an android app that is able to backup and restore my mobile device if lost or broken. So I want the app to make daily/weekly backups including all of my data. (So yes, all images, all videos, all messages etc) If possible I would like it to back up my 32gb microSD that's in my phone. There are a few build in cloud solutions but I have the feeling there are a lot of better apps. I'm willing to pay a small monthly price for more storage. I hope someone can help me. Have a nice day!
  5. I found a great tutorial on google on how to do a fresh install, I think I'm going to do that. Any tips? (I will be backing up some program settings and stuff)
  6. That might be the best solution, but the problem is. I have a lot of programs with specific settings that will get lost if I do a fresh install.
  7. I currently have 133 backgound processes acccording to task manager. Is this a lot? If I want to close some I have no idea what processes I can close because a lot of them seem important.
  8. That's minecraft... Do you mean like a factory reset or a full windows reinstall. If that's the case, is that possible on a laptop without losing my windows licence.
  9. Hello forums, A few months ago I had some issues with my laptops acting very strange. Programs kept craching and my laptop was just very slow in general. The problems stopped somehow butt now they returned. That's why I would like to ask for help on this forum. So the issues returned. My laptop is just very slow in general but it's quite a new laptop (bought +-1 year ago) Issues I am having: Youtube video's display the loading icon but according to the "playbar" the video is loaded. Most of the programs show the [not responding] tag when started. Dissapears 1 minute later. VERY low fps on very easy to run games. (2 fps on minecraft for example) Music (on spotify) is sometimes interupted for around 1 second, so it's stops for 1 second and just moves on after that second. Imputlagg only on keyboard. When I press a key it takes around 1/2 seonds to display on my screen. Laptop Infomation: It's an MSI GL62M 7RD Intel Core I5-7300HQ 2,5GHz Nvidea GTX1050m 2GB VRAM 8GB of DDR4 RAM 128GB SDD + 1TB HDD If this helps: (this is while my laptop is very slow) Things I tried: Unplug all devices (Mouse, keyboard etc) Unplug headset Multiple virus and malware scans I hope someone can help me. Have a nice day, Luuk Bos
  10. Hello everyone, Currently I have a laptop with an Intel Core I5-7300HQ but I would really like a processor with 8 cores (so I would need an i7) Does anyone here know if my laptop, the MSI GL62M 7RD has the ability to upgrade the CPU to for example an i7 7th gen? Have a nice day, Luuk Bos
  11. After some experimenting and my holiday this is unfortunatly not the solution, Mainly the imputlagg is very annoying and makes it really hard to play games. Also the peripheral didn't cause the issues. I unplugged everything I have and the problems keep happening. Do you (or someone else) maybe have any more solutions? It's starting to get really annoying.
  12. I tried both things but somehow it gives the following error: The boot configuration data store could not be opened. Acces denied.
  13. First of all, thanks for your help. I really appreciate it. CPU under load is 63 degrees and that windows setting is already enabled. I have all the latest drivers installed so that can't be the issue. But I did find something else, I disconnected a little USB hub from my laptop and it seems the imputlagg doesn't accur anymore but I have to test it more. The strange thing here is, the moment I plug it back in the imputlag doesn't come back. (even after 60 minutes) What does disableing those things do? I don't think this is the issue in this case. I closed all my programs and the CPU load was around 3-4% so that should be fine.
  14. No malware found. No malware found. I don't really know what you mean so I hope you can see it here.
  15. Hello forums, Lately I've been having some issues with my laptop. It's kind of lagging but I don't really know how to call it. Here are a few things that are happening: Taskmanager and volume manager crashes?? Keyboard is not registering a press or it takes at least 1 second to notice it (imputlagg) Mouse clicks are not registering (imputlagg??) Youtube video's keep having the loading icon even though my wifi is good and the buffer is already loaded Random program crashes for no reason A lot of lagg when conneting with a bluetooth speaker, a lot of little pauses between music. (the speaker is like 20cm from my laptop) I have no idea if these problems are connected to eachother and if they are I have no idea why they are happening. Laptop information: It's the msi-gl62m-7rd-050 Windows Home 10 64bit NVIDIA Gtx 1050m Intel Core I5 7300HQ 2.5 ghz 8GB DDR4 RAM 1TB HDD 128GB SSD Some information when these problems are happening: CPU load about 70% (around 60 ℃) 6GB/8GB RAM in use Graphics card is around 60 ℃ Laptop is connected to power Using a wireless logitec mouse I hope I can find out what's "wrong" with my laptop with help from this forum. Let me know if more specs/information is needed. Have a nice day, Luuk Bos Sorry for grammar or spelling mistakes, English is not my first language
