My PC just messes with me right from the start sometimes. Most days it will just boot up perfectly fine but some days it just gets stuck when its posting. I have had a couple of occasions where it would come up with "Video Scheduler Internal Error" as a BSOD as its loading up programs at startup (once or twice). My main issue is when I load up games though. An example is that with World at war, I can play custom zombie maps if I host it but I can sometimes crash really hard to the point where I have to force power off. Another example is where I have done a full run of Superhot where it hasn't crashed. But others where its crashed while loading it.I have replaced nearly all my parts. I have listed them below:

Motherboard - Had an MSI B350 gaming plus. I now have a Gigabyte AX370 Gaming-K5 (With the latest Bios)
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
GPU - ASUS Geforce GTX 1060
RAM - 16GB 2133 Corsair Vengance LPX (Had one 8GB, got another 8GB more of the same one)
Not Replaced
Power Supply - Corsair CXM430 Bronze
Hard Drive - Toshiba P300 1TB (I have got a fresh build with new drivers)
Case - Sharkoon VG5-W
