  3. Hello, I have a lenovo thinkpad x1 and it wont extend or even duplicate to another screen via USB-C. It used to work fine but then stopped working all of a sudden. The ports carry data fine (I connected my phone to my laptop with the same USB-C cable and could access data on my laptop) and the screen duplicates/extends fine (checked with another laptop). My laptop just won't duplicate/extend to another display (tried two other displays, same issue). Things I have tried: 1) Tried multiple displays (displays work fine with another laptop) 2) Tried different USB-C cables (they work fine carrying data and duplicate/extend displays with another laptop) 3) Tried different laptops 4) Updated everything from windows update center + Lenovo Vantage (commercial version) 5) Installed USB-C display link drivers from Lenovo's website Please help. Thank you!!
  4. Hello, I have a Lenovo ThinkPad x1 gen 8. For the past few months, my laptop has been running way too hot. It starts to lag too much and gets too hot to even touch. Even simple tasks like watching YouTube will get it super-hot. I have attached a picture of the temperatures from CPUID HWmonitor. I thought maybe I needed to repaste the cooler+cpu (and cleaning out the fans) but doing so did nothing. Any advice on what I can do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  5. Hello Everyone, So recently I came across a really annoying issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 with Boost Mobile. I wanted to purchase extra Samsung Cloud Storage (The free 15 GB is full). I couldn't see any option to buy more storage anywhere, not even online in my Samsung Account. I contacted Samsung and Boost Mobile, and after about 1 hour of calling around, I found out it's not possible to get more storage because of my carrier. Boost Mobile doesn't support it, and according to a couple of Samsung reps I talked to, they said that you can buy Cloud Storage only if you are on T-Mobile or Sprint. This is so frustrating. I have tried to find something like this around the web, but couldn't find anything. Has anyone come across the same problem? Anyone got any suggested work around? Any ideas to any app/cloud that will back up all of my data constantly (much like iCloud or Samsung Cloud). Please. I'm open to all suggestions and ideas. Thank you
