I just wanted to quote this because it's my experience with my M2 MBP 13. It's simply the best laptop that I've ever owned, and in the last couple of months I've tried lots of them (Thinkpad T490, XMG Fusion 15, Surface Laptop 4, MacBook Air M1, Zephyrus G14 2020), and now the MacBook Pro M2, and I just love it.

I think she would be really happy. I am currently using the M2 13" MacBook Pro (8c/10c) and I am really satisfied with it. Out of the 3 games you mentioned I've only tried Sims briefly, but I worked well and iirc it's Apple Silicon native. I haven't tried the other games, but I have experience with others, like CS:GO, Metro Exodus, Minecraft, World Of Tanks, Hades. These all run as well as I would expect, although I am a very casual gamer. In every other aspect this laptop is amazing. The battery life is outstanding, I charge it every 3 days or so, but if I really wanted to stretch it with low power mode, I could even get 5 days with. (after 2 full school days, albeit lighter ones, in low power mode, I ended the second day, with 73% percent left) Also, I am using macOS Sonoma Beta and the switching of AirPods between iPhone and Mac is so much faster than before.

I would most definitely stick to a Mac if you don't have an explicit reason to switch. In terms of battery life they are class leading, and unlike most windows laptops the performance on battery is identical to when it's connected to power. Also Resolve seems to be pretty well optimised for Apple Silicon. But If you want to switch away from Mac/macOS, I would definitely go with an AMD powered laptop over Intel, as the U series CPUs (f.e. 1355U) are not as powerful and the P (f.e. 1280P) series are often found in thin and light designs that are not cooled properly, thus thermal throttle/are loud. (f.e. Dell XPS 13 Plus, LG Gram, etc.)

Hi! I have a laptop with HD Graphics 5500 with 1x8GB RAM,(with worse performance than expected) and I was told, that using both dim slots will almost double the performance. Is it true? Will using both dim slots increase performance? Because in my old laptop HD Graphics 3000 with 2x4GB ram i was getting better performance. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I used to have an old laptop with integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics, and cs:go on medium-low settings would run at 50-60 fps, tf2 at lowest settings also 50-60 fps, and minecraft too. Recently I bought a new laptop, that has Intel HD 5500 graphics, and in cs:go, if i play on the lowest settings or the highest it's stuck at 15-20 fps. Tf2 is also bad. low settings i get around 30-40 fps. Minecraft runs at around 45-50 fps I uninstalled gamebar, which didn't help at all. NOTE: my old laptop run Linux Old laptop: I5-2520m, 2x4gb DDR3 ram new laptop: i5-5300U, 1x8 GB DDR3L 1600mhz

If there is no Nvidia drivers for MacOs it means that in the modular MacPro won't support it.

I learned English (because I'm Hungarian) I started it when I was 9 (now I'm 12) I learned in class and wan I knew a little bit I started watching American YouTubers and I learned a lot from it and it wasn't hard either

I would need a plane ticket from Hungary. It would be more expensive. But apart from the tickets I hope everyone will have fun who get enjoy it ?
