Since your budget seems to be around $500 I'll recommend these. I'll also add the GL850 for easy comparision. Rtings has not reviewed the Acer you're looking at.

27" G7 has also been on sale for around $500, so you might want to check if it's on sale.

And lastly I would recommend you read our sticky as it helps you to understand the reviews better.

peep reacted to rapidkillerx in Does the NZXT H510 need a specific USB-C mobo header?
I have the exact same problem (even same mobo planned lol) and i think what i've decided is that im going to stick with the B450-A PRO MAX and not buy a adapter, but if i get annoyed by not having it after a couple of months, i'll get an adapter, which are like $20 on amazon.

here's a link to a forum post with mobo recommendations if you do decide to spring for a mobo:

Just see the USB Type C port on the case as a faster and differently shaped USB port.
Probably not worth it today, maybe worth it in the future?
Anyways, you would need to move up to an X570 board like the Aorus Elite.

Is this worth it though? IMO, you're better off spending that 100 USD difference in getting a better videocard, rather than this different motherboard.

It might get an update to support it in the future, though that would be free-sync over HDMI...

Otherwise they're just good displays for the price, and it shouldn't cost anymore than displays without free-sync.

If you NEED more storage than you have in your computer, then buy more storage. Otherwise, stick with what you have.

They are not. If you are going with Corsair, buy their case preferably with integrated RGB and Fan controller support
    something like this

What is your budget? I personally like cases by Fractal Design. Meshify C is a good choice for a budget case. NZXT also has a great selection. Their cases look pretty cool as well. NZXT i series comes with their RGB and fan controllers. Corsair is a good choice too. It mostly depends on your budget.

I think you mean a Samsung 970 Evo m.2, in which case that should be fine. You'll get maximum read and write. 1tb is pretty expensive.

You can reuse those unless you need more storage.

you can even just keep them and add the new ones and you'll use all your bays

By no means is this what you need to get but this can be a starting point. Micro ATX systems are cool cause they have a smaller footprint and you sacrifice pretty much nothing. I added white RAM and a white GPU to match the color theme you want. Storage may be overkill but that's up to you, and I added some more premium RGB fans and a fancier cooler as well.
