  1. Hi, I have a relatively stupid question. I'm doing my first ever PC build and recently bought the ROG Strix B550-F motherboard and it lists as working with 3200 MHz un-buffered memory. I've had my eye on this memory, but in the "recommended use" section under specs it doesn't list the B550 chipset. https://www.newegg.com/corsair-32gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820236407 Am I missing something or do you think it's just because the B550 is so recent that the specs just haven't been updated yet?
  2. I just got the Omen 27i myself. I've been very happy with it. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-omen-gaming-27-ips-led-qhd-freesync-monitor-shadow-black/6400438.p?skuId=6400438
  3. I got it from Best Buy. They have it for $399 online. For some reason my store had it for $375 in-store and I had $25 in certificates to use, so I certainly recommend checking in-store if you can.
  4. Hi guys, so I have an HP Omen 870-224 that I've been upgrading parts in for the past few months, and just a couple days ago I bought a 1070 Founders Edition for it. Everything runs like a dream and does everything I want it to, but I'm trying to figure out if it was worth the jump. The PC comes with a 1060 3GB, which has HP branding on it but I don't know if that makes a difference. Anyway, I had originally planned to hold out for the new generation of cards, but I was able to snag this guy for $350 brand new, and after dealing with sticker shock at some of these GPU prices I decided to pull the trigger on it. Since I have 30 days to return it, I want to get your guy's opinion, do you think that was a wise investment or do you think I should return it and stick with the 1060 for a while longer?
