How can you tell what is positive air pressure. Also I'm using a cosmos 2 so it does have built in air filters. But i find there not working all to way on the 200mm front fan

Yea "clean install" is about as effective as a chocolate teapot. Use DDU

Uninstall the drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and then reinstall. Probably got a bad reg.

Water Cooled 780's i take it. You really need a socket 2011 cpu to get the most out those cards. CPU's going to be bottlenecking
