  1. Bump, anyone recommend some other fans? thanks
  2. I'm sorry for reviving such an old topic but can you also recommend some cheaper but quiet fans? I'm on a really tight budget.
  3. There are so many variants/models of that fan, can you tell me which one did you mean?
  4. Hi, I had a problem with GTX 760 Windforce fans being loud I decided to pull out the GPU and try to clean/fix it. In the process I broke one of the fans, leaving the GPU with only 2 fans. So I've been searching for a replacement fan, but in the meantime I've been thinking if it's better to mount 2x120mm fans on the GPU heatsink since the fan shroud is removable. So would I benefit from 2x120mm fans in terms of silence (which is really important to me)? If it's better, could I get some recommendations for fans? The fans I've been thinking about: Corsair P120 (I'm not sure to take performance or quiet edition). Also I'm worried about fan rattling that I've been reading about it on forums if mounted horizontally. Gelid Solutions 12 EK Vardar F1 Last two I'm not sure if they're static pressure optimized, since I read that's important for heatsinks/radiators. The picture of the heatsink that needs to be cooled: (left 15mm, right 9mm) http://imgur.com/TchQzhJ
  5. I actually like it. Yeah, I'm also concerned about noise. Is that GPU quiet? Size is not a problem but I since I'm going to have 1 GPU only micro-atx might be enough.
  6. Does that case have good airflow? It's not a problem having a bigger case or paying more for a case, my budget is not limited.
  7. I've expressed myself wrong. That is the PC I am currently using.
  8. My current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kG72Lk
  9. My current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kG72Lk Since it was my first build I didn't know much about PCs back then, hope you can forgive me My GPU has gone hot and loud since I bought it and changing thermal paste didn't help one bit. So I was thinking about putting a aftermarket gpu cooler, a better cpu coooler, new mobo and a new case. So I was thinking this might cost me a lot and might be even worth buying a new pc. Because the point of getting new coolers is to make things quieter. Also my GPU fans know sometimes to rattle ( and to RMA them it would be not possible). Also some other problems I run in, when stress testing CPU it throttles at higher temps even when at stock clock (turbo off) and undervolted. Noticed that air circulation in that small case is horrible and mosfets get really hot when playing games. I'd really love to hear every thought, I don't mind criticism
  10. Brushed metal design on the back, also the screen.
  11. I can't seem to find on the internet what is the error about. I've done all the steps mentiones at the official site.
  12. Has anyone got error 527? I can't seem to start the app. The nvidia shield logo appears and it's stuck on that screen while on my android just shows error 527.
  13. Let's say I don't want to overclock because I wouldn't dare to? What would you suggest then? The price of 800$ is just fine, I might go a little above this.
  14. I think this is how I'm going to build it, I would rather go with 4670k, would it be compatible? I wouldn't change anything else And thanks to everyone who helped with their suggestions! Also how would 4670k compare to AMD 8 cores CPU?
  15. I could tingle with overclocking in the future when my hardware would get outdated or when the guarantee expires.
