Nice find, transient power spikes on this model look much better at 390 watts max and averaging at around 335 watts. A 750 watt PSU is recommended by AMD for an RX 7900 XT but unless you got some high powered CPU a 650W PSU is plenty. The GPU temp should be excellent in the low 60's but hotspot in the mid 80's(still good) for this particular XFX Speedster MERC 310 model. Noise should be pretty noticeable at 37-42 dBA so be sure to balance out noise if it's too loud and since GPU temp is excellent in the low 60's you've got tons of degrees to work with for a more quiet operation.

HDR is out is my expertise, all I know about HDR is that there are many forms of HDR and most of them are pretty basic and nothing special. As for contrast ratio, it's also out of my expertise. I just remember there's backlight and dim light gimmicks involved in certain types of contrasting and that native contrasting is more important than those gimmick types of contrasting. I also remember a VA monitor has a higher contrast ratio than an IPS monitor but a VA monitor also has ghosting issues when it comes to high frame rate gaming. I definitely notice things such as washed out colors or blacks not being the deepest blacks on my current TN monitor but these are not things I invest a lot of time noticing so it doesn't bother me when I spot them.

It ain't goin' nowhere. $40 more and take away 2 TB? $110 for 8 TB isn't bad but $70 for 10 TB is a steal. Some reviews could be fake or lies, so this is understandable. The only con I've experienced from an HDD is boot time when the power goes out during an online competitive gaming session. When the power goes out and I'm forced to turn on my PC after it's been powered off from the power outage, it takes a good 4-6 minutes to get back into the game before my team loses because it's 4v5. Boot time when first turning on my PC any day of the week is not a con though because each night I just put my PC to sleep. So when I turn it on, it's the same 10 seconds an SSD is. And for this reason, my personal PC still has Windows installed on my 1 TB HDD. People tell me to get an SSD for it all the time for it, I never do.

This third party seller also located in California is known as Worldwide Product Importer with a 4.9/5 star rating from 344 reviews. I'm a huge fan of hard drives in general and I remember paying $75 for a 3 TB 7200 RPM HDD 5 years ago and seeing this price now for a 10 TB HDD very similar to mine is a super considerable deal for someone looking to obtain mass storage. I have quite a few HDD's that are still going strong in my personal PC, can't recommend them enough.

Since you're considering to buy from a random third party, a used RTX 2060 Super is the better option and will give double the memory interface, double the memory bandwidth and around a 21.5% higher shader count. It's literally the direct equivalent to an RX 6600 in raw performance, depending on the exact game as some games favor NVIDIA while others favor AMD. Back in December and January a used RTX 2060 Super would go for as low as around $115 but as of February and March it's more around as low as $120 to $130, maybe a little over now that we're headed into April. There's also the older generation GTX 1080 Ti, which will edge them both out in performance due to the much higher VRAM, higher memory bandwidth, higher memory interface and of course, a higher shader count. The reason this older option is actually a solid option is not only for these higher specs but because the price you will find to be a lot lower. As low as literally $75 to $80 back in January, you're only looking at around as low as $100 smackers in March. Just remember that an RTX 2060 Super turns 5 years old in July while a GTX 1080 Ti just turned 7 years old a couple weeks ago. It's worth noting that some maintenance can be a good idea, fresh thermal paste is always nice. Just depends on the previous owner and everything they can tell you about what it's been through.

RDR2 is understandable to wanna share but Left 4 Dead 2 hits literally $1 all the time and Warhammer Vermintide commonly sits at $2. I say have them spend $1 to $2 to play those two games with you and in the mean time I just found out that this new Family Sharing feature is still in Beta so many people are getting an error when trying to use it and this is because a lot of the BIG developers have opted OUT of this new Family Sharing feature. Which means RDR2 is most likely not on board with this new feature. I also found out that you must be in the same country as your friend for this feature to work.

Why don't you just go with this for $550? The 20GB of VRAM, 39% faster memory bandwidth, 25% bigger memory bus and 5% higher shader count is nothing special. All this does is present a 10-20% performance boost, depending on the game. Do you really need 110-120 fps in a game where you get 100 fps or 220-240 fps in a game where you get 200 fps? These extra frames are nothing special.
