    Hi everyone, I have a gtx 980 reference (founders edition) that i bought from ebay for a really good price but its missing its outer shroud and fan. heatsink and vrm heatsink is still there but i was trying to find a reference cooler on ebay and other websites but cannot find any. i cannot even find a broken reference gpu. So then i was looking to see if any board partner gpus use the gtx 980 reference board so i can just buy heatsinks for them but i cannot find this information. Do you guys have any ideas on what i should do? i am aware that i can put a fan in front of the heatsink but i want it to look somewhat nice and original. Regards

    Hello everyone, I have a GTX 980 and an R9 390 at stock mining using nicehash. The nicehash profitability calculator says I should make about 2.05GBP/Day but it's barely making £1.50 a day often reaching £1.30. Is this something I did wrong? what are the best algorithms for my cards I searched a lot for my specific cards online but I kept getting some other miners other than nicehash. Right now I'm mining with Zhash on the 980 and KAWPOW for the r9. I have uploaded the pictures of my overclocks on both cards.

    Hi everyone, I have 2 gtx 980's that i want to plug into a secondary pc. it has a i3 2100 and one laptop hard drive i figured if the cpu doesnt require a lot of watts then i should be fine plugging the gpu's into the pc. Is this going to be possible? the gpu's will be under load 24/7 Thanks

    Hello everyone! Im new to mining and started off with NiceHash but later discovered that it wasn't the best crypto to mine for my gpu. (GTX 980). So I have started to mine AION and i get about 120 Sol/s. And I'm using 2miners miner and coinomi wallet. People say that you need to go to AION and click on receive and then copy the wallet address and paste it in the miner and that's exactly what I did but i have been mining for more than 3 hours and i still have 0 AIONS in my wallet. Is this something I did wrong? or my miner's funds are just being thrown away and thus I'm loosing money in electric. Also, if you have a better suggestion for a better cryptocurrency to mine on my gpu please let me know! Kindest regards

    I just updated the bios the problem is still there.. more info: the gpu die doesn't get hot when plugged in and the fan doesn't spin

    It should be because it has a 1050ti die. i searched the numbers on google. (gp107-400-a1) Yes i did Im not sure if it is fake i got this from a lot on ebay

    Hello, I got this GTX 1050 ti I don't know the vendor but when i plug it into a pc (thinkcenter e73) the CPU fan's rpm goes to 100% and nothing is being displayed on the monitor furthermore no bios beeps as well. i did test the pc with another gpu to see if it worked and it does. Is there any possible way to fix this? i have a heatgun and isopropyl alcohol but i don't know how to use them to fix this i seen online people fixing gpus like this. Any suggestions would be helpful! +Plus is it normal for the 6-pin connector to be missing??

    Hi, I have a pavilion g6 hp laptop and i am getting frustrated with this issue. when the laptop is turned on the keyboard works fine every key except the arrow down key I am fine with that but after 10mins or so the keyboard stops working.. but weirdly the functions keys keep on working. Once the keyboard stops working the only way to make it "work" is to hard reset the laptop: Take the battery out take any charger out and press the power button for 90 secs. This method works but the cycle repeats when its loaded into windows it works for the same amount of time right before it stops working.. The keyboard doesn't work in bios as well I did connect a external keyboard and that seems to work all the time I also reseated the keyboard cable that connects to the motherboard but that didn't work I am not sure what's causing the problem I know for a fact that the keyboard works because it works for 10 minutes.     Hi everyone! Hope you are having a good day! recently i got a msata ssd for my mini itx server build but when i go to plugin the ssd and press the power button nothing happens... there's a light on the motherboard that lights up but other than that nothing happens no fan spin or anything. When the ssd is taken out then the pc seems to work fine. model numbers are listed below. MSATA ssd model: SanDisk SDSA4DH-016G Mini itx mobo model: Intel DH61DL Build specs are: i3-2100, 8 gigs of ddr3 ram, 16 gb sandisk msata ssd cheers

    Try reseating the cpu to see if that helps. Also does the power supply fan spin up?

    Try putting the third ram stick in a another slot to see if it works. try swapping out the ram sticks to see if one of them does not work. try to clear your bios of your new motherboard. Try reseating the cpu if needed.

    Are you sure that you are not using your onboard cpu graphics? (HD Graphics 530) and are all the graphics drivers up to date? Maybe try ddu and install new drivers from the official website. Links: DDU:https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

    Hi everyone!!, I have this old power supply in one of my systems and it has come to my attention that weird noises where coming form the pc.. it kinda sounds like a bad hard drive but i installed new hard drives not even a week ago. its an low power system with a low power gpu so i don't think that its the coil wine coming from the gpu. In real life the noise is even louder and it seems to be coming form the power supply is this okay? I have attached a video with the noise and the picture of the power supply unit. Even when there's no load the noise keeps coming from the power supply.     to me this seems like an fault with the Northbridge but these faults tend to happen with older motherboards (2011) i am not sure how software can do this!

    Do you have a graphics card? because that sounds like a graphics issue new motherboards don't just die like that.

    i just downloaded windows 10 from the media creation tool and burned it to the usb stick lets hope this works

    yes correct but its such a pain to re rout all those cables around the pc and as always there's a risk of the graphics card being broken if i did something wrong

    The last thing that i would try is to install windows 10 onto the harddrive because it worked for Moonzy and i guess if that doesn't work then there's no way of getting this to work? unless i buy a cheap second hand graphics card. you have been very helpful thanks!!!

    the problem for me is that the only graphics card that i had is an rx480 and that requires a 8pin psu connector but i have only a normal powersupply. i would have to take apart my whole gaming rig just to get the graphics and mobo working

    i cannot do that because the motherboard doesn't have a video out port i have explained this more in the original post.

    have you tried clearing the bios? there might be some bios settings that are causing the system to crash on startup.
