  1. the voltage looked fine I thin 1.35 it was at not 100% sure tho and I just set the XMP profile as I always would. Im using a 8GB corsair stick here and set the XMP the same way as I would for any ram and its works perfect, maybe it could have been the voltage but then again I am not that confident when it comes to messing with voltage so im not
  2. ordered Corsair 16GB Vengance PRO RGB 3200MHZ ram there anyways I can always just return the trident stuff I guess
  3. I have not ran Mem on the ram, tho I did have a spare 8gb Corsair 3000mhz stick laying around and been using it here no crashes so it could very well be the ram
  4. hey dudes I need some help here, I had built a new system I put 16GB TridentZ 3000MHZ - C15D-16GTZR dam in it and I got BSOD a lot! so I thought it might of been a motherboard issue so one new motherboard later im still having the issue. MOBO - Asus z270-a is this a ram issue, ive read that this ram is just not good for the system I have ? I ordered 16GB of corsair ram there C16 ram which will be here tomorrow. but what is the issue with this ram ?
  5. Tried taking the panel off also buddy it sounds worse. so confused if its the card or not but every other card i had in the past is fine, i tested my old 1070ti FTW in it and well its perfect.
  6. the NZXT S340 Case running a AIO cooler to the front with 2 fans pulling in and 2 fan Exhausting out the Back.
  7. ive used XOC buddy ive tried to turn the fans down but its auto Maxing the RPM even if i save a fan setting its still going crazy i tested the card on 2 systems same results
  8. i mean my temp's are good at like mid 70's but the Fans are booting into max RPM instantly, i mean i tested fortnite at a capped framerate and it sounded horrible.
  9. it is the Evga 1080ti SC2 ICX i mean its very loud as soon as i start a game and i can hear it thru my headphone's and its maxing RPM seconds into a game its the twin fan model
  10. Alright so i got a 1080ti like 2 days ago Brand new , upon using it when im running games The temp shoots up quick and the Fan RPM is nearly maxed consistently, i think there is abit of Whine sometime's Should i just go and RMA it via EVGA ?
  11. I herd tho the 1080ti with the 7600k is not a good choice tho ? a lot of people say it will bottleneck
  12. okay so I wanted the new RTX 2080 coming out but I made the choice to buy a 1080 TI and a 8700k as I only have the 7600k right now think I made the right choice ?
  13. I feel your pain! plus the new series card are not even out for pre order on amazon's UK website yet plus the extra TAX on the cards we will auto pay more. plus I don't know how the new series cards with react to the 7600K.
  14. I play with a 144hz monitor so high refresh is what I would be after but bare in mind I only play games like fortnite or Dayz I might try battlefield but I know that will be more cpu intensive really want to upgrade to the 1080ti alteast tho, I do understand you tho 100% , I just don't want to buy the new gpu put it in the current system and have a downfall in performance
  15. Just 1080p buddy I know the 1080ti and 2080 would be overkill but I kinda wanna future proof myself abit
  16. I do stream the odd time but it’s not mostly just Fortnite or dayz only I stream
  17. Haven’t overclocked the 7600k yet that’s true. I’m running a 1070ti ftw2 a Evga card , but that card will be going to my brother as he has a new build started and it’s a gift to him
  18. Alright I’m after a new graphics card either the 2080 once I seen benchmarks or the 1080ti issue im having is I’m only currently running one a Z270-F board and a i5 7600k can I still upgrade gpu with out betting badly bottle necked.?
  19. Okay to be clear I will be waiting for bench marks before I order anything I have enough saved but before I lay down serious money on a card I want to see benchmarks on the new 20series cards. but I’ve noticed there I see nothing on amazon’s Uk website for the RTX while the US website has a few RTX’s up for pre order I think there sold out now but still why has the uk website not seen any of the new cards up for pre order.
  20. Yeah I just read it so essentially means I don’t have to use RGB headers at all then. leaving the to headers open for my AIO fans
  21. Alright just got all my parts for my first ever build. Im just running into issues here with hooking up the RGB items. So any advice would be amazing! Okay im running the NZXT S340 case & the ASUS Strix z270F mobo. it has 2RGB headers on the board. i bought 2 120mm NZXT RGB AER fans to replace the back and top fans that came with the case. I also have the cooler master ML240L AIO cooler which also has 2 RGB fans. i also picked up the HUE+. im right in saying that my HUE+ can run my NZXT provided LED strips & both of my AER fans without taking up a RGB header correct ? Seems like the cables on the AIO are very short. There is the fan power & RGB cable on both fans so just wondering about the NZXT stuff and will it need a RGB header ? If so kinda ruins me from running the AIO fans with there RGB on. I dont have a fan controller etc plan to fun the fan power cables direct to the mobo. please can someone shed light on this and help
