You can reuse the ram with a converter if you're on a budget, and the storage is reusable too. Whip up a pcpartpicker list to give us an idea of your budget.
Laptop processor won't be possible to use.

I don't think that's even a socketed board, is it? Pretty sure it's integrated.

you could still tapke them out, tho you might damage the part in the process, and im not sure if they will fit on a pc motherboard for the sockets.

i7-6770HQ is soldered to the laptop motherboard. Maybe you could sell your laptop for parts or something?
