Hmm, yea, i think i ordered 2-3 days after it went live. I was under the impression that they were well below the 100 they originally wanted, surprised they didnt bump the 20 for those that ordered so early.
Yea, their communications sucks. Sorry you havent had luck. I am not sure if its because they dont have time or simply are getting way to many to count. I am betting the bad communications has resulted in a lot of emails and they cant reply to all. But how hard would it be to send a weekly update?
