A couple recommendations:
Firstly, if you have a usb drive or another hard drive laying around, try installing windows on it again and booting from that. As you said you've already tried another ssd, but its always better to triple check
I would straight up flash the bios also.

Also, could you tell me what motherboard it is?

Amazing deal, any b450 you can find under $100 is great, plus that great IO and sexy rgb.
 
I have this board in an older rig with an 2400g. Given you have the case and a good aio, this board is great for overclocking.

You are going to need that for OC-ing. It provides additional power to the CPU.

There's never an overpowered laptop only an overpriced one.

as @Lurick said, Glasswire is definitely a lot cleaner. Unfortunately there is not many solutions that do it as well as glass wire does, many programs you will run into look very fameliar to wireshark.

also what storage do you have it also uses that
