I wonder if Windows is not happy about not being reinstalled on the SSD. I forget what Tech Youtuber stated it, but one of them suggested cloning a HDD to an SSD might not be the wisest choice and could cause issues. Personally I would just reinstall Windows with all install all updated drivers right after the install. Its a pain in the ass, yes, but if Windows got mucked up then its the only way to fix the issue. Other than that you could try older drivers to see if that is the issue, but with Micorsoft's track record with updates as of late, Id just say they fucked up down the line somewhere.
I have an arris dg2470 router and the 5Ghz is set to auto across 20, 40, and 80 mhz. my internet card is a qualcomm atheros qca61x4 connected through pcie. my phone in the same area on 5ghz gets 150mbps. The only thing that has changed is the hard drive, so I think it is a software issue, however, all of the drivers and windows updates are the same.
