i found out the issue, it was because my monitor thing in nvidia setting was set to g-sync compatible meaning it capped my fps, i switched it fixed refresh and its uncapped now

NEVERMIND! I fixed it, I just had to overscan it using nvidia control panel and it's fixed hopefully permanently!

My first ever drawing of an anime character fyi its Eromanga Sensei 

Hello there! I just started drawing yesterday, I never had any interest in drawing and art in general but watching several Anime's ie Eromanga Sensei ect inspired me to start drawing anime characters.
 
I can't draw any freehand so I find a picture online and try to copy it. I understand that I will be copying someone else's style and won't be able to develop my own, but I want to focus on getting the basics of art down (depth, shading ect) and I've already learnt many things about art from many help of artists in discords
 
All I'm doing right now is plain A4 pieces of paper, I know sketch paper is better, I do plan on buying some, but I want to bring my Anime character to life with colour. Well I sometimes do have around 10-20 open when I want to open something and still stay on the current page Im on, either to go to the new page later on for something important and then I may find another tab I like. I could easily hit 100+ If I'm doing marketing and watching multiple sources update

That's all you need to do, everything needed for the memory to run at that speed is included in the XMP profile. It basically includes a full set of timings that tells the motherboard how that kit is designed to run. 
 
Right now you're running at ddr4-15-15-15-36, and the XMP profile is DDR4-15-15-15-35. It's quite good memory you've got there, mine needs CL16 to run at 2666.

That's right, although I assume that's not a screenshot from your own bios, so it may look a little different. Once enabled, it'll show something like DDR4-2666.

right off the bat, your ram is running in single channel... get another stick man. Also, your ram may be unstable at 2666. 2133 to 2666 is quite a strech. Doable but not all rams will handle it well. I think you can safely overclock this to 2400. All in all, when overclocking rams, try not to touch the voltage. Beyond 1.65v, you are treading the danger zone. At 2400mhz, your Cas latency should be at 14-16-16-31-1T. with voltage of 1.2v. If this doesnt work, try a relaxer timing. maybe CL 17. Just look up some reputable companies' ram timing and adjust it accordingly. It should serve as a good guideline. best of luck!
