  1. Just wanted to ask, if you go with the 2 PC's are your even going to throw a graphics card in the second pc?really you only need one workhorse PC you just like the other for alt tabbing and such, I'm a big alt tabber as well, but if I'm only using the alt tabbing for music, web browsing, Then would you really need a graphics card in there. (In my opinion I would run the workhorse in sli and let's say you have a friend that comes over, instead of him having to bring his rig to you can throw one card in the other and convince him your extra PC is enough for you two to play some games lol. (Just idea, for your choices. So two in one or one in both or just one?)
  2. Oh wow I'm no PC builder and I really don't know what I'm talking about (I've learned everything off of YouTube videos and no experience) and really new when it comes to these things but I have a sort of opinion for each idea from an outsiders point of view. Idea 1: Wow, badass bragging rights PC my friend. Idea 2: Really smart and comparing idea 2 to idea 4, idea 2 is better. You really don't need an overkill pc. (Unless you want to use it for several several years) Idea 3: I'm sorry I know little about networking. No opinion. ? Idea 4: even if your also going to be using better graphics card(s) you don't need these crazy specs unless you are consistently doing a heavy workload, or plan on not needing to buy a PC for a long time, go for this build. But yeah I'm no pro ? good luck!
  3. Ok thank you all for your time this was a great suggestion. I'm waiting for the next cards and it's not like not having freesync is such a bad thing. ???
  4. So I recently ordered a desktop and bought a monitor. It's a nice 144hz 1080p freesync 27 inch monitor. Anyways I ordered a PC with a GTX 1070 installed. My question is would it be worth switching to amd's Vega 56 (52? Sorry) or even upgrade to Vega 64 later on. Anyways worth to sell the 1070 and switch just for the freesync ? Thank you ?
  5. I'm currently looking at 800$-900$ (which is why I wanted to up the build.)
  6. Hi, I recently saw JayzTwoCents video on fortnite on a budget. Essentially he had a AMD Ryzen 5 2400g CPU and paired it with 16 GB of 2400 ram. He gets about 60 frames on about medium settings. Once he puts in a graphics card he bumps all the way up to high settings easily playing the game. This build seems very valuable to me since I'm just getting into PC gaming and GPU prices are crazy ridiculous due to mining. My question: I want to be able to stream at least 720p to youtube. If I bump the CPU up to a Ryzen 7 1700x, will streaming be successful at 60 fps even at lowest settings(on fortnite) ? I have a youtube channel started up and streaming is such a great influence for the channel. Thank you to any and all responses / suggestions. I also currently have a laptop with a GeForce 940mx and a dual core Intel processor (definitely not enough to stream as I have tried it before) I also produce videos, so a machine that could (relatively) quickly render videos would be a great plus. PS. I would go for a budget PC. With a GPU and all, but I want to have some upgrade ability, and this seems like a very solid, clean option to me.
