yeah it doesnt. That's why I said old i5 deals must be much cheaper to be any attractive

hinge? I don't even think he PC itself is worth it anymore. if you have so many problems why not get a cheap PC for like $500 with a GTX1050M, so you can still play many games better (like 10x better) than that old junk could. unless you want a desktop.

I dont know what Turkish sites to look on, but there's a list
Those ranked tier 3 or higher are good.

They are risky for various reasons. Some lack protection mechanisms that work (say overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection etc), while others use cheap parts that fail within a short period of time (and dont work well before that).

power supplies with less than 5 year warranty are risky. Why should you be confident in a PSU if those who sell it isnt?

Lack of SSD is also sad
Better stick to 720p, assuming you stream by enabling NVENC in OBS. You arent limited by the graphics card, but the CPU.

If you stream with Nvidia shadowplay instead, then 950 should be fine at 720p. I'm not sure how it will do at 1080p, but I dont think it will be good enough.

I would spend more on the PC itself before considering a high refresh rate monitor, though 144Hz is a lot better than 60Hz

WiFi suck unless the router is nearby. I stick with ethernet cable.

Since the 8100 is just a 4 core 4 thread part with similar performance to an i5-6600 and i5-7500, I would try look for used older i5s first. I know they dont give you an upgrade path to the 6 core CPUs, but you should buy them if they are cheap enough, say 50% as much as going for 8100.

    1.  If you're buying used online from a site (like ebay): Check feedback of seller, this is the most important.  If you're buying from a 'meet in person' type of second hand site, then make sure the seller has been using the site for a while before parting with any cash.  Most reputable second hand sites will give you the option to do this.  Also meeting in person allows you to inspect the item before parting with the cash.  Most reputable sellers will even allow you to see the item is working before you part with your money.

    2.  Streaming really comes down to your CPU, motherboard and RAM.  If you don't mind a few dropped frames in intense scenes, you should be good

    3.  Don't worry about 144Hz.  That 950 is never going to push 144fps.  Look for a 75Hz instead and run at 60fps (this will stop tearing)

    4.  PSU cables are all keyed, so unless you're forcing plugs where they shouldn't be going you'll be fine.  Youtube has a myriad of cable management videos on there you should check some out

    5.  Online gaming will never saturate a strong wifi connection so you won't notice any difference just gaming online if it's good.  Ifyou're streaming though i would recommend a wired connection.

yes, went to a pc servis turns out the laptops hinge is broken and they say they have to fix it unless if they open the pc it wont be able to close agian. The hinge replacement costs double the pc cleanup+paste. Currently I have a web page project which I have to finish until monday so will do it after that time. Just thinking for my self is it worth it?  have no other choise doe.

I would suggest again to clean the thermal paste with some alcohol and make sure it is all cleaned up from the cooler and at the chip, that it shines. If it is still happening it could be problem with the chip itself, maybe it is not getting enough power(never experienced with GPU but with CPU).

Are you're fans cleaned? and cause it's older it uses more power, make sure to have the laptop high enough the heat gets out.

FPS flies around when playing CS:GO. You just do the best you can for the spec you're running. Different maps vary the FPS wildly too, that is a major factor.

Have you ever thought of lowering clock speed? This can help, and if your getting that high of FPS it may only go down a bit. 99c is hot my dude lol. I'm one to say because before I decided to delid my i7-7700k I turned it up to 5.3GHz and made it to in the 108c range xD.

Temps stuck at temps that high is clearly thermal throttling, cauaed by dried thermal paste. This worsens heat transfer between the GPU and cooling, which makes it get hot much easier.

The only way to do ot is open it up and reapply the thermal paste. Make sure you wipe off the old ones with some rubbing alcohol. Might as well do that for the CPU as well while you're at it.

In all fairness Usually Reinstalling the game works 80% of the time to fix issues, Many people avoid doing it till last as game file sizes are generally large now, But then again some people may not find an issue with this depending on their internet speed.

    launch options:
-console -novid -high -threads 4 -tickrate 128 fps_max 144 (if you have a 144 hz monitor)

fps max 0 = no limit, will work fine

There is no benefit to having more than 300fps. Maybe a few nanoseconds less input lag, but that's about it.

CS:GO is CPU limited. The GPU will scale with it until the CPU hits its max though, so both components will heat up more.

it's hardware codec to stream (usually) so your computer won't use too much cpu power
There's a lot of application today that use gpu encoding to reduce usage of cpu (including browsing internet, youtube mostly)

I have 1030 and I regret it ever since, tried to sell it but no one willing to buy.

Even GTX 750 (non ti) is better than 1030, and yes I also have GTX 750, the drawback is it's only 1GB, but then again, it cost half of my 1030.

I would still rather recommend you to go with the Ryzen 3 2400G.
That is basicaly the equivalent of i7 7700 + GT 1030 for cheaper than the i3 8100 + GT 1030.
You can just throw in a better graphics card later and youre set for a long time. However, you want two RAM sticks for dual channel to get most of the performance from the 2400G. It is a lot better choice for a budget build overall imo.
