  1. Sounds like you don't have your gpu drivers installed, you can install them from here: geforce.com/drivers
  2. Thats not an amazing deal, you could buy those brand new at about 340, (im assuming you're looking in the used maket, for brand new its a good deal) The gpu its not a bad deal though, vega 64 will outperform a 1660ti in most games but its power hungry and runs hotter. Keep in mind that for 200£ you're probably looking at a blower style card and those things can get loud sometimes
  3. Aer rgb fans come with two cables, one for rgb and the second for fan control, you can daisy chain the rgb cables with all fans and connect it to the hue+ and the other cables just connect to a motherboard fan header or a fan hub. Also keep in mind that only first gen aer fans will work with hue+, aer 2 fans require hue 2
  4. The chipset fan only spins up when it gets hot, so most of the times it wont spin. Not sure about the m2 fan connector, but its probably just a fan connector regulated by the temperature of the m2 drive, for active cooling heatsinks or something
  5. 3700x and rtx 2060 is pretty bad value for gaming, get a 3600 and invest the money in a better gpu. Your motherboard doesnt support ryzen 3rd gen out of the box and doesnt have bios flashback, meaning youll need and older cpu to get the new one working Also please dont get a cheap 900w psu,a good quality 650w will be enough for your system, here is a forum for choosing the right psu:
  6. nzxt recently released kraken x63, which is an updated x62 for the same price, also you could probably fit the build in a h510 if you wanna make it more compact. Otherwise, looks good to me
  7. You probably dont need a 3900x, even if you're streaming 3700x will do the job just fine. Also are you really going to pay 200$ for a windows key? you can get those on ebay for like 5$
  8. My pc is on the desk pretty close to me so yeah, I can hear it. That's the third PSU I'm going through, am I really that unlucky? My previous PSU was an old cx600 and its dead quiet.
  9. Just got an RM750x and the noise still persists. I've attached the sound it makes. I've just moved in a new house, can this be a grounding issue? 19 Jan, 17.50.mp3
  10. Ok, thanks. Ill consider a lower wattage psu
  11. I have a 2070 super with a ryzen 7 3700x. The reason I decided to go 850w is because I dont want additional psu fan noise when its under load
  12. Thanks for the input guys! Ill try my luck with a RM850x
  13. So I just got a RM850 and its got some annoying coil whine and apparently this is common and its not a defective unit. I would just replace it for a different brand but I already got custom cables for it and ironically those are more expensive than the psu itself lol. The cables are also compatible with RMi and RMx series, should I upgrade to one of those? Will I see an improvement in noise levels?
