I have a 3060ti and an i5 8400 at 1440p. Just wondering is this a bottleneck in this game play?

As you can see in the video gpu usage drops below 80 in some scenarios and cpu usage is consistent at around 95 to 100.
 
Thinking about upgrading to a ryzen 7 3700x

I'm not sure what could be happening but is it possible the visual setting reverted to ultra or high when they were originally on low after the gpu upgrade

Out of personal experience stay away from the cooler master ml120r. It cools extremely well however it is very loud.

I built my first desktop about a year ago and have wanted to advance the skill. The only way of doing so is to actually build computers so I was wondering if it is possible to build a computer and then sell it to at least break even. Not planning to make a profit just want to try building computers for practice.

Wierd,  I wouldnt overclock it too much though dont want to break the chip.

I own a asus vg245h I use it with my ps4 and it is great.  I has a 1ms response and a 75hz refresh.  I believe it is cheaper then these monitors too.
