Save your money. No way in hell you can spend $75 on a GPU and get 100fps on high settings. My old pc was wayyyy better than yours and barley got 70fps on epic settings

Yeah, good luck. Just get like a gtx 760ti used for around $75- provided the pc you have even has a pcie slot, and your PSU can power it. You're not going to get 100fps on high or epic, but it's the best you can do. A $250 build is basically at the point where you should just get a console- like $50 for a series s. And plus, is your monitor high refresh?

I find the Lenovo driver tool very helpful compared to other companies, that is just a small factor however.

the gpu, their selling rx460 4gb on ebay for $90, if you want a respecteble gpu id get it 

Would not reccomend the 3600, the 10400f is cheaper and does basically the same thing- It's around $150, has the same amount of cores/threads, comes with a cpu cooler, and performs better in most applications- the ram is overpriced and also LPX, which isn't great at hitting rated frequencies, a for $10 more you could get a 2tb hdd, the 1660S is like 2x more than it should be, the NZXT h510's airflow is basically nuff, making it a well, not a great case, since the components inside would basically bake.

No, Ea play purchased through steam cannot be used for Xbox and PC, however ea play purchased through Xbox and Microsoft I’m 99% sure will work on pc and Xbox due to windows new gaming Xbox stuff. Not very technical terms my apologies 😅

Upgrade your memory.
It may not solve the problem, but going from 2400 to 3600 can provide a high performance improvement.

It's a bit of an old system, and I have upgraded since (as you can tell by the date on the monitor), but it served me well and I honestly think it was a pretty great looking system.
 

This was the system I was using up until a month ago, when I sold it and have just been using a secondary so I can afford the 3080 when I can actually get it.

Personally the only color I've put in my loop is Mayhems UV green, and I haven't used it in a while. I've been going for more blacked out builds (my upcoming build when I can finally get a 5900x and a 3080 is going to be full black tubes). I can include a photo of that build if you want to take a look at what it looks like

Did you check to make sure that the cables were correctly seated on both ends of the power supply? You could also have a bad PCIe power cable, so try replacing them to see if the issue goes away. I doubt you killed your GPU, the only real way to do that would be if you plugged a CPU 8pin into the GPU rather than a PCIe 8 pin, either that or the PSU blew up out of the box.

Did you install Nvidia drivers?

In terms of 16GB of RAM, it is more than enough to tear up any program or game in 2021 without breaking much of a sweat. 16GB of storage which is were you store your games and programs (SSD and HDD) is not even enough for mobile phones now a days. Look for getting more storage if that is what you are after. 🙂
