  1. I have recently installed OBS to make my stream overlays more profesional than they were with Streamlabs. I have tried to install the StreamFX plugin, i have installed many differnet versions, aswell as completley deleting obs and re installing. Could anyone help? Cheers
  2. But aren’t the 3000 series cards pretty hard to get rn especially at base price? The 3600 has been a very good cpu for bang for your buck, and included a very decent stock cooler to go with that, in terms of case I was just going with popularity, heard good things but airflow could be an issue, in terms of everything else yeah, the problem might of been I changed my UK price list to us, might of made some differences.
  3. Oh really, always looking of ways to improve my recommendations!

  5. Just noticed you said you already have a monitor! My apologies
  6. Hey buddy! Very exciting times building your first pc rig! I’ll get a list up for you, does your budget include monitor and peripherals (keyboard and mouse)? Welcome to the world of PC’s! Cheers!
  7. No, Ea play purchased through steam cannot be used for Xbox and PC, however ea play purchased through Xbox and Microsoft I’m 99% sure will work on pc and Xbox due to windows new gaming Xbox stuff. Not very technical terms my apologies
  8. You can get EA play through steam now, it’s £0.80 for your first month just now. Just not able to cross EA play purchased through Xbox and EA play purchased through steam.
  9. In terms of linking to pc, I think this is possible but only through the Xbox app I reckon. I could be wrong, although it’s unlikely that you can link to steam, again I could be wrong! Hope that helps
  10. Factoring in his budget, I would say better cpu now, better monitor later. Makes more sense, prices are going to be so crazy right now so everything is uncertain, I’ll have a look tho mate but maybe 1080p at a lower refresh rate would be the best choice for budget if cuts are needed.
  11. Nearest the release price the better in the current low stock climate.
  12. If you are a first time builder, the only thing I would recommend is a modular power supply, just much more ease with your cables not all being attached. Other than that everything looks good and in budget, possibly consider if 500gb is enough for your storage, and factor in monitor and peripherals if needed. Maybe a cpu upgrade could be considered but not really necessary, the i5 10400f is a good shout over the i3. Cheers
  13. I find the Lenovo driver tool very helpful compared to other companies, that is just a small factor however.
  14. That looks really nice! Now definitely considering that coolant now, cheers !
  15. I wouldn’t say so, more issues with the game. I don’t think they have been able to prefect the optimisation of the game yet. However I could be wrong. Cheers
  16. In terms of upgrading I would think that the 1080 would be still a really good card, but for your resolution I would say either 3060ti or the 3070 as they are cheaper and in terms of bang for your buck they would be the best bet. However the prices of these are forever changing so try and look out for a good deal. Cheers
  17. If possible yeah mate cheers. Yeah the stock of the 30 series and the new ryzen chips have been mad, good luck trying to get one soon!
  18. Yeah good shout mate, trying to go for either pink or purple to match my twitch theme, any particular colour/brands you usually go for? Cheers
  19. In terms of a quiet cooler, the cooler master hyper 212 is a solid choice, or for the classic Bequiet dark rock. Sorry if the prices are off, I’m in the uk cheers
  20. I current have EKWB blood red coolant (I’m sorry it’s not distilled water ). Time for me to drain and refill my loop! So I’m just looking for suggestions for my next colour, through what anyone currently has in their system. and to clarify that photo is bad, my photography skills are not as good as I’d hoped. Ps I also cleaned my side panel after this photo so don’t worry! Cheers!
  21. Yeah 16GB of ram is great and recommend for all games so no need to worry about upgrading ram. 2TB is a great size for a hard drive so you can have many games. Happy Gaming!
  22. In terms of 16GB of RAM, it is more than enough to tear up any program or game in 2021 without breaking much of a sweat. 16GB of storage which is were you store your games and programs (SSD and HDD) is not even enough for mobile phones now a days. Look for getting more storage if that is what you are after.
