I'm not surprise at all
In France first macbook pro 15" start at 2800 euros (3167 dollars !!!) and for this price you only got 256Go of SSD. A lot of Apple's fanboys go for Dell's XPS because they can't follow the price increase trend.
The first "lowcost" iPhone start at 855 euros (967 dollars) that's insane for a lowcost version.
Lot of people miss the days when iPhone were at 600 euros, which is a lot of money, but still reasonable.
They do the best hardware in the world but man ... 3k for a computer it's way too much

I pay 4$ per month for unlimited VDSL internet, tv and unlimited phone + Unlimited mobile phone, unlimited SMS/MMS, 100Go 4G+ data
And this, totally legaly
I live in France and each year i take advantage of promotion
But anyway, internet is fairly cheap in France (1Gb Fiber at 15 euro)
 

Google assistant on smartphone is pretty good. Only complains is sometime it won't unlock my phone when i say "Okay Google"
If i'm gonna buy a personnal assistant one day it's gonna be a Google Home
Not gonna buy Alexa for political reasons (she's a SJW)

No matter if this is true or not,
a fine is not a good punishment against price fixing, a good one is to remove their involved pattent
This way they could be more competitor and they would be less likely to do such things
