I've used an RTX 2070 Dual from ASUS and have been very satisfied with it. If that's anything to go by, I'd go with the ASUS card out of those.
The Zotac doesn't look great (and their cheap RTX 3000 offerings so far haven't been particularly great, to say the least), and MSI's Ventus cards have a track record of running quite loud. I'm not sure whether the new ones are any different though.

Just FYI, I'll be buying parts in person as it's cheaper, so I can still bargain from the prices shown on PCP. For example that RM650x would probably be like SGD$160

    -FE cards aren't in Singapore(iirc)
-I'll look at the arctic freezer
-I'll try my hand at bargaining, if there is enough leeway I'll get the 3600MHz RAM

Do you know if this motherboard supports BIOS-flashing without a CPU installed?

@boey This is a completely unrelated post but i made an account to just say thank you for helping fix a problem with discord issues with output volume cutting out, and your suggested turning off echo cancellation and noise reduction. it was the fix for me now i sound crisp! thanks man!!!

an ASRock B450 Pro4 - ask the shop to update the BIOS for you in case you get an older unit that came out 3 years ago.

As for the CPU - bend the pins carefully and sell it with the board as a combo.

If you really want to, you could spend a little less and go with the 2600 or the 1600AF
but the 3600 is such a good chip that if you have the money you should do it

Oh, also heads up, if you upgrade to either of these you'll need new RAM

i5s are currently not remotely worth it considering the Ryzen 5 3600 matches the i7 8700 model I many cases. The R5 runs cooler, quieter, uses far less power, has an upgrade path and better performance. The 9600KF is on a dead end platform full of security holes

no one knows what rdna2 will offer so you should just buy whatever you need at the moment. if you want and can wait then wait. if you can't then buy 5700xt

The 1080 seems like a good deal as it's the same price as a new 1660 super, which is slower card.

Likely none. A Ryzen 6 core and a motherboard would likely be cheaper than a Skylake i7. More cores, and you would have an upgrade path.

Yes, both motherboards are sufficient and 3400g should perform slightly better than 2400g. If you can afford it, go for it

dont bother overclocking ryzen 3000, the stock boost profile does very well to push the cpu to it's max frequency.

you're better off tightening RAM timings, there is a easy tutorial on how to do this. no trial and error needed.

Ryzen 3xxx already gives you most of it's maximum performance by itself. If you upgrade your cooler you'll get a few more % improvements.
Very fine tuned overclocking will also give a slightly extra edge, but if you arent' doing it for benchmark points it's completely forgettable and useless.

    You don't need dual-GPUs.
Displayport supports multi-stream transport so a single displayport output can drive 4 seperate displays. You should be fine. (plus, if you do want 2 GPUs, they don't have to be the same model. You can get a 2060 and a GTX 1050 for the extra outputs).

I'd highly reccomend the Ryzen 3600 or even 3700X if you're streaming, but If you're buying a Ryzen 5 2600, keep in mind that AMD is now making the Ryzen 5 1600 on the 12nm process, and it's basically a 2600 with a different name. (GamersNexus has a good video about this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRO_AUdmfis).
The 1600 is usually a cheaper CPU, so that could save some money.
However, you should ensure that you’re getting the updated version, with a SKU ending in “AF” instead of “AE”

You can't, Intel boards need a Z-series chipset in order to overclock.

For your CPU, you'd need a Z370 or Z390 motherboard in order to overclock it.
