Well the L version does not come with the Windows mixed reality portal, and I found out that cpus that don't have got the "new" AVX (Advanced Vector Extensions) "architecture" thing inside of them the controllers won't work and the headset won't activate ;( now I have to get a new CPU, Ram and an new Motherboard ;(

Hi, so I had an bad day and im done with this bullshit: I've bought an WMR headset by DELL and an 1080ti AND an PCI-e? to USB 3.0 adapter, so I installed the graphicscard and the usb thing and plugged in the headset, Windows mixed reality portal showed up and told me that my system was to weak...(CPU) SO I wen't to my settings and swithed to developer mode and "skipped" the hadware thing, after it told me that its downloading something I got an error message that I could't download it correctly, so I stopped every download pending and did tryed it like 10 times again, after a quich google search I've learned that people have tryed to Install the latest Windows version and got it working, so I installed the latest installer to my usb and reinstalled Windows Pro L ? and after I reinstalled all my drivers and plugged in the headset again and nothing... I went to device manager and this: (image1) so I reinstalled Windows and Pro L again because I didn't had the nerves to think properly, ...Nothing Please Help, BlackCatTB

Hi, so my package with my 1080ti and an DELL VISOR will arive tomorrow and I'm really exited BUT i have realised some things where I need help because everyone I've asked just said :"Well but why did you bought an Server then" I AM SO FUCKING DONE WITH THIS AWNSWER -AND IT DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION!- so I bought myself an used 12 core 24 thread Server with 16 gb 2x 2tb HDD drives in RAID 0+1 (I guess) for 300€ (363,37200 $) and threw in my 750 ti I got for 10 € (12,1124 $) and I was happy. Problem now: there is a little thing at the very end of the PCI-E contact thing whitch normally holds the card in position BUT -of course- on the (main)-board there is an copasator where the hold thing is ???????????????? WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT FFS -(you should use an riser (they didn't send me that and it would break(because I build my own desk lookin case ( because my new CPU fans didn't fit) ))) -anyways I have to saw that of whitch will void my warrenty... Second Problem: the Powersupply -Of course- does NOT have two 8 pin outputs so I have to put an Secondary PSU in may case (did it already) and have to make an quick jumper. But that isn't the concern I have; I have put an plug to many plug thing on the left-under side of my case so I can just flip the switch and my computer starts automaticly (if I would keep the jumper pluged in and the powersupply switched on too they would both be started automaticly and the graphicscard would get power at the same time an the mainboard and it would be great BUT it I would come to the strange idea to turn my computer of the mainboard and rest would be swiched of but the card not) would that <-- destroy the card?
