If your PC consumes 150 watts on average that means every hour your PC uses 150 watt hours. Divided by 1,000 that means 0.15kW/h now just multiply that figure by how much your electric company charges then the hours in which you use your PC. That will give you a cost figure you can work with.

Asus makes some of the best boards on the market, MSI is more low end/midrange.

I'm neutral on RGB personally, I don't mind if it's not present on my hardware, but it's nice to have to change up the flavor of my hardware. I particularly like that with RGB, I'm able to change up colors of my hardware without paying another penny, one day I can have my whole setup purple, another day I can have it all white if I wanted to, it's the diversity in RGB that makes it great.
 
I like RGB when it's:
• Complimenting my hardware - such as RGB fans that shine light into the inside of my PC
• Little bits that give my hardware flavor - such as the small RGB 'G' logo on my Logitech G502 RGB
 
Where I have a problem with RGB is when:
• People spend more on RGB so much that they skimp on PC performance
• When it's overdone and not in unity to the point it looks like a disco rave

I would choose the HyperX Cloud Stinger for sure, it's a headset that's close to the original HyperX Cloud first iteration.
 

That board has three M.2 slots and will work with the Samsung 970 Pro. PCpartpicker may have been warning of some of the specific configurations (like some other ports may be unavailable if you use certain M.2 slots).

I have a Pure Power 10 400W, it's a great choice for the price. The Pure Power 10 is extremely quiet.

You could probably easily decode it though using normal decryption tricks, such as looking for repeating words and repeating letters within the same word, as well as where they are positioned and work from there.

Regardless, 120mm can still cover much more area than a puny 40mm one.

Irrelevant for Android folks, because USB-C is a royal mess.

That's very little for a GPU, possibly a GT 640 or even a GT 740 could be better if you can find one for that price. I don't know much about AMD cards but there's probably also cards in that range that would do better than a GT 710.
