Think I might have found my next custom mechanical keyboard project. I wanna go for a dark color scheme this time to contrast with my current white and pink one, 60% form factor, hotswap as per usual, but not sure what switches at the moment.

 

I'm thinking Black KBDfans Tofu case, DZ60RGB hot-swap PCB, with either an aluminium or carbon fiber plate for under the hood:

As for the keycaps, I'm thinking Akko Midnights:

The KDBfans kit is $159.00 while the Akko keycap set is £33.10, so I remain under $200 for this keyboard.

 

I am extremely tempted to start a new build, but at the same time, I'm still happy with my current board and I'm on my way to Tealios switches soon, so I'm now too set in stone yet.

    I was eyeing the Tofu as well but, I personally didn't really like how the bottom row looks like.

    i really want to make a custom case... but i have so many other projects i'll never get to...

    @sowon if you design a wood case I can cut and build it for you, i can even do painting, burning engraving, etc
