  1. Unpopular opinion: the i9-9900K doesn't deserve the enthusiast/prosumer i9 name and should have taken the mantle of the i7-9700K in the Coffee Lake refresh.

     

    i3 is low-end; i5 is mid-range; i7 is high-end; i9 is enthusiast/prosumer

     

    i9 doesn't belong to hang with the mainstream Intel CPU gang and never will be in my eyes. Enthusiast grade called, they want their i9 name back.
