some black/gray/white gpu's I'd choose with keeping no budget what's however in mind
the only real black with white accent gpu is the asus dual, which i personally don't really like

Not really a fan of the Asus dual either. I modded my current MSI 980ti by repainting the shroud, but I want to move up to a RTX 2080 without voiding the warranty for looks

ah, then i have one last option: get a evga card (any)
get a arctic accelero and be done
evga gives warranty even if you change the cooler
