I deep-cleaned my case today, gave it an initial scrub of 99% alcohol, then warm water, finished off with some of Arctic Silver's thermal surface purifier.

Unfortunately I have a feeling all my work is going to go to waste since the top of my PC tends to collect dust a lot quicker than almost everything else in my house.
