    Monitor Speakers Aren't working

Take a look in Control Panel -> Sound, and then double check you've ticked your monitor.
  2. The glorious morning sunlight.

You have an impressive desk. It's not cluttered (mine always get that way quickly), and everything looks great with the theme.

If I could get a desk strong enough to hold my T7500 on top, I'd do it :D That setup is pretty nice :)

  3. I use an ultrawide, specifically the LG 29WK600, a 29" 2560x1080p IPS monitor, it's beautiful. The games I play - Project Cars 2, Fallout 4, CS:GO, Rocket League, some indie games - all support ultrawide aspect ratios, although Fallout 4 requires a mod to properly get the UI to display. For daily use, there's all that extra horizontal room on the monitor, particularly useful when used with Windows snap. I'm not a video editor but the extra room will always be a benefit that you really can't get away from once you experience it the first time. YouTube videos which have natively been in 16:9 will obviously show black bars, but it's a non-issue for me since you'll never notice the black bars when you're watching a video. Movies need no explaination since ultrawides were basically made for this aspect ratio.
  4. I'm going to take this 5.3GHz screenshot as a win in my book.

  6. Oh piss off, no way did Asus release a newer version of the already-garbage Asus Z370-P...

Asus, why would you do this? Unless I've just fallen for a fake photoshop.

    CPU Architecture

Ryzen 7nm is right around the corner; Intel 10nm is still to come to life... Yet to see with my own eyes what Ryzen 7nm can do performance-wise but it's a no-brainer you'd get Ryzen 7nm over going with what Intel decides to do after their scraps of '9th-gen' CPUs. More cores, presumably faster cores, better price, and a promising future, you'd be nuts to not go Ryzen 7nm.

Are women the 1% of tech?

I don't know whether being part of 1% of something is making me proud or extremely sad, but it feels good knowing I probably 0.02% of that 1% that got an i5-8600K up to 5.2GHz.

    Looking For a Laptop Mouse

Sweet, due to the nature of programmable buttons, I assume the G602 needs the Logitech Gaming software? I own the G502 myself and I'm comfortable with everything about it.

    Looking For a Laptop Mouse

Yeah, I looked at the MX Anywhere 2S, it seems a little small, and expensive. The G602 is a contender though, it's got all the features I want.
  11. That's just tech-racist...

is it more disturbing that more people bought the black one? 🤔

  12. Hi, so I'm looking for a wireless mouse to compliment my laptop and potentially as a replacement for my Logitech G502 when it dies, if ever. Things I'm looking for in a mouse: Wireless - USB dongle preferably but I could try Bluetooth Comes in white Around the size of the Logitech G502 2+ extra programmable buttons £60 ceiling Driverless plug-and-play preferably Good for light gaming So far, I've come across the Logitech G305, Logitech G602, and the Logitech MX Master, but I'm open to many more suggestions. Any suggestions as to which mouse fits the criteria the best?
  13. I was literally browsing through old Inside Gaming videos earlier this week too... Thank God the Funhaus crew created their own channel.

    Do you still play minecraft?

I still play it occasionally, specifically when I just need a casual game to play which isn't too graphically-intensive. It's still one of my favorite games of all time, particularly since it was basically my childhood. Picked up it since I was about 10, I played a bunch of the Pocket Edition in school with friends.
  15. My suggestion now that I look at pictures of the Node is to go ahead and get the P-series fans, since the case is compact that the static pressure would direct airflow nicely. If you're going to be using mesh/filters, the static pressure assists in getting air pushed through a lot. I'm not an aerodynamics expert despite my love for air cooling, I'm talking from my own personal experience with my own case fans, since I actually do use static pressure case fans in my NZXT S340 since the case space is super restrictive especially at the front where it's blocked off and also has a dust filter in addition.
