    This one is not the cheapest in our state, the one below just costs $3.28 AND can keep the temperature of a Core2Duo E7500 @ 36° C (this temperature is recorded after 5 hours of gameplay- AC Brotherhood)(temperature readings taken with OpenHardware Monitor) the ambient temperature being at 28° C
