Not sure where your location is (CHANGE IT IN YOUR CONTROL PANEL!) but head down to your local electronics store and purchase a new power adapter.  It will help the clerk out if you just take the old adaptor with you and tell him you need a replacement rather than trying to find the plug that suits your use.

So this was a few months ago but I ran two cat 6 data points to each room in my house.  Heck, some rooms didn't even need it but I was on a roll and with a 305m roll of Cat6 cable.
 
Heck i'm no licensed electrician or licensed caber and what I am doing is technically illegal but you don't know my identity and I want to show off my setup.  Enjoy.

  Mount that rack! Whoever tells me what uniform that is wins a cookie.     Running cat 6 to all rooms and RG6 to most rooms (my room and brothers hehe)
 
      My Coax mess (ghetto its cleaner now!)
  Noggins are a bitch (You guys will probably call them fireblocks. They are horizontal timber going accross the studs.)
 
  The rack, please note this is not all of the cables.  there is a total of 20 terminated here.

1.3 more million homes and businesses were added to the NBN construction timeline today.  NBNCo has released a new three year going to 2016.  NBNCo has updated their roll out map to include more and more houses.  I am one of the lucky ones to have been added to this map!

To people hating on the taste.  Spread it on toast LIGHTLY with some butter or margarine.   LEARN TO BE AUSTRALIAN.

Whats wrong with the adapter is in the title :P  Its a USB adapter.  They are rubbish!

I don't here is my reasoning.
 
I am on a twelve month contract and each year I get a new phone and sell my old one on eBay.  I normally buy the new iPhone when it comes out (yeah haters get over it I don't care, this is a selling point for me).
 
When my new phone arrives, I take my old phone that is covered in scratches to the Apple store and say I am having faults related to a hardware failure, they don't ask questions and replace my phone with a new one.  I sell the new one on eBay and profit 50-90 dollars.

simply answer you don't need one,the computer was made to a spec which you have changed. you would have to  almost break the laptop just to mount the antenna and cable manage it. Edit- most antennas use 2 ports you have one free.

Newegg boxes are great, its like the box is excited to be opened :D

Shows are a real challenge for us because we don't want to pay up front, produce the content, then *hope* that we'll be able to sell enough advertising to cover the trip. I want a few guys to step up and sponsor us to be there in order to make it worthwhile.
 
If I can lock up a gold sponsor (looks like we might be talking right now...) then there's a VERY good chance we'll be there.

USB adapters have tendencies to die for no reason, it could be on its last legs.

Both devices need to support teaming, consumer routers usually don't.
You wont see any benefit teaming 2 NIC's together other than redundancy.
If you want to team/bond them get a smart switch that supports LACP.

To be honest, your speed test looks pretty good. If you want better performance, get a PCIe WiFi card.
