You have to tell Cura to shut off the Hot END (the thing that melts the PLA) and return to a safe place on your Build table ( X=0 Y=0 Z=0) is common- 9 replies

Remove all but one stick of ram if it still fails replace it one of the other sticks and it fails again reload windows also would be a good idea to remove any unneeded hardware and USB devices if its a newer build check that the ram is compatible with the board Crashing when on the web only makes me think its the O/S first and Ram second

You should be able to reset to factory setting if you enter the Bios at the post screen and do let the AI software run at start up IE: remove from the startup menu- 10 replies

Uninstall any chipset driver restart then reinstall chipset drivers then the ethernet drivers I would also not let window pick the drivers to be installed
