Gaming PC randomly does a power cycle especially when gaming??

Well the error codes on event viewer are power issues but i forgot which specific ones they are and its not very detailed it just says pc was not correctly shutdown thats all -
PC keeps going into a Power Cycle especially while gaming ?? can someone help me here i think its to do with the power supply but i am not too sure !!

My Keyboard&Mouse has stopped working with windows 10 so i can't login when i boot and i can only use my keyboard&mouse in my BIOS also when i reset my BIOS my boot order is messed up could someone help me asap thanks

what i meant is my current gaming pc has 2017 parts where as planned gaming pc has 2019 parts

Before my dad passed he did private equity and he had a co shared buisness so and plus my mum is a very wealthy person so the money so i won't matter to much as long as the build is cool and works i am ok with that using the inheritance money i am getting is what i am going to use to build this pc so it don't see any point putting the money in a private equity fund
