  1. No, this was all occurring at 2133mhz AFAIK. 1 hour later with a stress test and have run into no issues.
  2. XMP was disabled. I have a 16gb 3200mhz kit so I just enabled it to 3000mhz
  3. Hello everyone, so prior to the peak of my issue I was having issues with my computer randomly locking up and needing to be restarted before I could use keyboard or mouse again. I had recently moved my pc to my apartment and went to seat and reseat my ram and checked all my power connections. All was good and seated correctly. I went to power on my pc and it started bootlooping. So I seated and reseated my ram sticks a few times to no luck. So I took out the far right ram stick and it booted back up immediately. I then plugged and replugged both ram sticks and somehow it booted up. Is one of my ram sticks dying? It kinda seems like that may be the stem of the issue. Prior to this I have had one blue screen as well. Help with this is appreciated and FYI I did have the ram in the proper position. I double checked each time I reseated it.
  4. i haven’t found a method besides os migration or fresh install. i haven’t seen many people also support a os migration, and many of the migration softwares are very expensive.

  7. i took a knee and didn’t re install windows on my new nvme ssd. i kept my hdd as a boot and am attempting to use my ssd for apps i use most often and games. My issue is i haven’t made much progress on file transfering. the only success i have got is moving steam games to my ssd. i have been unable to move any predownloaded files and when i uninstall and reinstall it downloads it for my hdd instead of my ssd. Despite of my settings dictating anything new being installed goes on ssd. i’m starting to think this ssd was not worth my time. please help.
  8. The standoff moved to accommodate many different sizes of ssd. Solved!!
  9. hello all, i recently ordered nvme ssd for my msi z370 gaming plus motherboard. my motherboard called for a gen 3x4 2280 nvme drive. i ordered what was called for from a company called silicon power on amazon. i just attempted to install the drive and it’s to short to screw in and mount correctly. i know i will likely have to return the product but now i am stumped on what to do.
  10. I would look under a over clocking tab. Hope that helps!
  11. Edit: I have currently m flashed my bios and updated to a more recent copy.
  12. Well, after experiencing 1 blue screen that read similar to system exception failure with no ez debug leds and system running fine I started to hear a noise of a fan either dying or failing and 1 day later I experienced a blue screen that read the same as the first one. Note please that my OC is disabled. I find it strange that my system booted and restarted fine after but I don’t want to risk it. System spec: i5 8400 wd blue 1tb hdd evga black acx 3.0 1070 g skill trident z rgb 16gb, msi gaming pro plus z370,cryorig m9i, evga 650w 80+ bronze psu.
  13. Does your mono have a code or debug light? If so maybe you can figure out what part it is.
  14. My issue has seemed to fix itself strangely. What I did was update all current drivers for my gpu and updated bios for my mobo. I have not experienced anything after the post.
