  1. Thanks for the help guys, really appreciated @PowerPCFan @rippy4500
  2. So I'll just plug the same way I did with the previous one and don't worry about the other port than?
  3. I'm gonna go with an i7-13700k and will do video editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects mainly Can I just had another 8 pin cable or is that not how it works?
  4. I've seen quite a few HP Envy X360 on sale around 800 to 700 euros (assuming you're in the UK they would be similar or even lower prices), i5 13th or 12th gen with 16gb and 512 gb SSD and an included pen in some of the models, I think something like that would probably do well for what you're looking for. Keep in mind they won't be the lightest but they'll be aluminum chassis and a good value, you can also check some Acer Spin models with the same specs that can hit lower prices, not the same built quality and the included pen is barely usable but everything else is quite the same for a even lower price If you don't even care about the Pen the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 would be a really good option as well with probably slightly better specs than the other although only half aluminum chassis but in my experience just as well built as the HP counterpart with some better features too like fast charging and front speakers
  5. Just wanted to reply to this and say that you were a huge help, I ended up going for a G.Skill Trident Z5 kit that I found on sale in a Portuguese retailers website with 6800Mhz CL34 that I confirmed was SK Hynix kits, cause of that I got better timings and better speed at lower price, thank you a lot for the help and to everyone else who chimed in
  6. So I recently bought a new motherboard (MSI z790-A Max Wi-fi) and it comes with two 8 pin power connectors, something that my previous motherboard didn't come with. I have a Corsair RM750X 80 Plus Gold Full Modular power supply and I check if it was enough power for all the upgrades I was gonna do but I didn't notice that the new motherboard come with extra power pins. Am I gonna need to buy new cables or a whole new PSU to power this motherboard?
  7. You're probably able to find something close to what you're looking for (highly doubt you'll find something that will match everything you want) but it will cost you a kidney and will most likely die within 2 hours of actually using it at its max potential. Imo scrap design and weight and get yourself a quality backpack that won't make lugging around the laptop a future back problem and go for something more within the realm of possibility (15"/16") This is just my personal opinion as someone who works at one of the laptop manufacturer so take it with a grain of salt but the perfect type of laptop you're looking for is yet to be developed and will likely not happen within this year, you'll always have to sacrifice one the needs you want out of it at least for now
  8. I didn't know I could check like that thanks, I'll keep and eye for those speeds and will probably go with the one you linked
  9. The 6400 CL36 I was looking at was a Corsair Vengeance RGB, would that be Micron?
  10. Thanks this really helped a lot to understand what I need
  11. I'm in Portugal, but best prices right now would be Amazon Spain
  12. That makes me relieved that either way the performance will be fine, would it be minimal performance difference in something like video editing?
  13. Thank you for the advice, currently the ones I'm looking at and with my countries prices they're about 30 euros apart from one another
  14. I'm looking to buy 32gb of ddr5 RAM with 6400Mhz CL36, would this be good for a i7-13700k or should I go for better timings?
