Hello, I have just recently installed the i7 8700 with a hyper 212 evo air cooler. I was wondering what would be a normal idle temp. Rn it is at anywhere from 37c to 39c at 4.3 boost clock speed. Thx for the help.

Hello, I have recently installed Star Wars Battlefront 2 and am having really bad crashes to the point where i can't play. I checked out task manager and I saw that my cpu usage is 100 and my ram is around 92. I was wondering if high ram or cpu usage causes games to crash...I get an easy 160 fps on ultra with an i5 6500 and a 1070 strix along with 8 gb of ram. Thx for replies in advance.

I made the mistake the first time I built of buying a cheap mobo that I now have to upgrade.

Hey, I have been researching the i5 8600k and am looking into buying one. I currently don't have a mobo that will support it. I was wanting something that is reliable and future proof that can overclock for around 100$ - 150$. I've been looking but have had trouble finding a suitable one. Any suggestions are appreciated. Ok, b/c omptimaly i would like to keep ny asock h110m hdv mobo and just switxh cpu's but when it comes to performance of certain chipsnwhat makes one better than the other for gaming? Speed? Cores?

Hello, I recently upgraded to a 1070 strix...but kept my i5 6500. Im able to run on ultra and 200% screen scale but my cpu stays at 100% usage even when capped to 60fps. Do you guys no any way around the overusage? If not would a better cpu be viable?
