  1. Just a note on "Build quality". The build is actually so bad you wont believe me. From engineering standpoint AND my personal experience. The materials are all good, but the amount of miniscule screws and details that hold everything together is ridiculous. I have had Beyerdynamics, Audio-Technicas and Sonys before, and none of them used SO MANY TINY SCREWS. A single screw inside a headband holds it in place on each side, for example. And it is 2mm long at most. One of mine just snapped of day to day use, and theres nothing i can do but replace a whole part. Another example would be swivel holding element, dont know how to call it. The one that locks cups from full rotation. Well if at any time of your usage you accidentally push the cup just a little too much - it will bend its socket forever. And voilla, 360 degree swivel achieved. To sum up what i mean: my beyers 880 creak like a bus seat and with a light shake they sound like a coin bag. But NOTHING fell off in 5 or so years i have those. TH-x00 broke in a year. For Japanese built headphones - these suck.
  2. My poor a4tech mouse is feeling like Master Splinter lately. It outlived all his relatives, but i guess at some point the time to retire should come.
  3. Well, i got cheapest 240gb possible (bought from china, with zero warranty whatsoever), so i guess it is an upgrade for me
  4. Greetings from Ukraine! Here's my try: https://youtu.be/QmZwPf31qmU The 30 second barrier turned out to be extremely tough to fit in GL to other contestants! #UltraWideFestival, #UltraWide, #DreamSetup
  5. To be fair, X2 is praised as a good bass open headphone. Should actually be a good replacement. P.S. I know that OP sold his 880's already, but as an owner of 32 Ohm version, i can say that bass is definitely a problem, but it is more due to the open design than anything else. Want bass, but like beyers? Just buy dt 770.

Reminds me so much about that time when i was first looking at those cool physX demos. Looked so impressive at the time Twitter share: https://twitter.com/Florimers_life/status/580865576106647552 Facebook share: https://www.facebook.com/aeon.lazarus(don't know how to share this one properly, its top status update)
  7. Mememememe. Wanted something like that for my media PC for ages. Just never could afford to ignore my main rig upgrades for it
  8. That issue is the most often problem seen in the majority of over-ear headphones. They can be very uncomfortable. Comfort of headphones consists mostly of 2 things: weight and the touch. So, i chose ATH-m50 for the sound and then swapped pads for Brainwavz HM5's for comfort. Worked out great.
  9. I know the post is dead by now, but still... i wonder - why the hell would you want to mod headphones that didn't sound great to start with? i bet they have pretty ordinary driver in them, probably really fake-ish feeling pads and much less isolation than the original. Also the photo doesn't look so fake to me. Is it just the original? The only difference i see is the trash sign is on the wrong side...
  10. I've been actually pretty interested lately in Fostex t50rp potential. The bad part of this "only starting "craze"", is that not much youtube reviewes are available. Even the eversofamous Mad Dogs by MrSpeakers mod have literally 1 review, and it is of an older model...
  11. The thing about Dota2 is, that tips are ultimately helpful up until some skill cap, and after that, if you can't just FEEL what to do or not to do, you will loose. It's called overplaying, and a pro player can kill even lategame alchemist with shit like KoTL or jakiro. Also teamplay is a big variable in any guides and tutorials. The heroes can combinate their abilities to much greater succes.
  12. With thermal pastes you can buy pretty much ANY of them in 10$ price range, so if i were you, i'd buy the best there is (like mine MX4, or if you're not scared of liquid metal something like coollaboratory can do the trick). Its the cheapest way to get your temps on EVERYTHING lower by about 2-3 degrees.
  13. Welp, i chose my 2TB toshiba drive, because it was the best price to storage there was ATM. I'm now waiting to saveup for an SSD. Also was considering bying 2TB extra in the future. Not planning to raid those thou. Feel no need for that. And since i dont have any facebook or twitter... only one entry for me. Hope it's gonna be the golden one
  14. Okay, good news (kinda) guys. I've located the problem source. I don't know how it happened, maybe i hit my case or something, one of the screws around the GPU's processor (i've rounded it in the picture) is not screwing all the way in. It does two-three turns and then pops out. Last time i didn't see that because i did 4 turns and it looked okay. But when i did put GPU in case it popped out again and caused the lost of touch between heatsink and processor. Which obviously resulted in insane overheating. And i even did manage to almost overlook it second time. But now that i've got it i'm gonna figure it out somehow. Maybe drill a new hole with a better screw, anyways... thank's for the reply's everyone.
  15. Unigine heaven did not launch at all, so here's borderlands 2 with 1280x800 windowed mode. V-sync on. Temps are right beside it. I hope it helps to add some info. At this point i think i need to look for some aftermarket coolers, because all i can think of is i managed to bend or damage the heatsink somehow so even maxed out fan can't throw heat away.
