You should get a z370 motherboard because you are getting an unlocked skew and ram faster than 2666. If you don't wan to over clock then just get 2666 ram and locked cpu. Also you most probably only need 1 extra case fan as you get 2 default.

Imo 1060 3gb at least fro high settings that is consistent or 10606gb if you want to future proof and not buy another graphics card for a while
