    Is it worth it to play again on PC ,

    I mean I don’t have any idea bcoz I’m not fan of halo series.

    but I m lil dicey whether I should download  it or not???

    It's an excellent experience. The lobbies are full so quick games, tons of new content is coming, and the price tag for all of the Halo games (1-4, and reach) is only $40
