One big benefit of buying internationally on eBay, if you request a return they probably won't bother having you send it back. Now if Gigabyte says the warranty on this 570 is still valid, I just got myself a super cheap RX 570 4GB

Generally you'd have to pay return shipping, so why wouldn't they?

on eBay I believe defective items fall entirely on the seller for compensation, so the return shipping would have been on them. Seeing as I bought it form Istanbul, not an appetizing concept.

I believe the refunding and buyer/seller safety policies fall under PayPal, right?

The seller themselves should be "insured" as well.

Not really. You can set it so that the buyer has to pay for return shipping, or that you don't accept returns at all.

Depends entirely on how you list it.
