I bought a couple of Galax 980 HOF back in 2015 for my pc and hadn't had any problems until recently I've noticed one of the cards running considerably louder then the other. I checked MSI afterburner and CAM and noticed that no matter what I do to the fan curve the one card will bounce between around 700 RPM and 1800 RPM every second while the other remains at a constant 1200ish RPM. I've already tried cleaning out the cards and swapping their place in my motherboard in order to see if it was an air flow issue but no luck. I've already contacted Galax customer service about the issue but I'm curious to see if anyone else has dealt with a similar problem.
