  1. I actually ended up finding this project: https://howchoo.com/g/mti0oge5nzk/pi-cart-a-raspberry-pi-retro-gaming-rig-in-an-nes-cartridge Really simple it seems like and will have room to learn some soldering if I want to add a on/off button or power light.
  2. My fiancee has a tendency to call my PC "The Mistress"
  3. I've been trying to learn about basic circuitry and coding for a while and from recent experiences it seems like the only good way of actually making any progress is just jumping in and trying a project. I was thinking something along the lines of a project involving an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. I was wondering if anyone here has had some experience with small projects who could point me in the right direction!
  4. I did not... I was operating off the (probably wrong) information that with the GeForce experience program that it would ensure that the proper drivers were always installed. It did do an update after I switched over but that's as much as I did.
  5. I recently upgraded my GPU to the EVGA GTX 1070ti and ever since then in pretty much any game that I run, there is very noticible screen tearing. From what I understood, I though that if I played around with the v-sync settings I could get it back into working order, but with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix it? I'm still pretty new to the PC gaming scene.
  6. Hey! I am in the process of building my first PC and I was reading through the manual for my motherboard (Biostar x370GTN AM4 Mini ITX AMD) and it said, "It is recommended that you connect a high-definition front panel audio module to this connector to avail of the motherboard’s high definition audio capability." Now I don't really know if HD audio is something I need to enjoy gaming on the PC I'm putting together, but out of curiosity I tried looking it up and while I could find audio modules I can't seem to find out how to use them if I got one or where it would be installed. Any help explaining this would be greatly appreciated!
