My name is Barry Allen and I'm the fastest Barry Allen alive. When I was a Barry Allen, I saw my Barry Allen killed by something impossible. My Barry Allen went to prison for her murder. Then an accident made me the Barry Allen. To the outside world, I'm just an ordinary Barry Allen, but secretly I use my Barry Allen to fight crime and find others like Barry Allen, and one day I'll find who killed my Barry Allen and get justice for my Barry Allen. I am The Barry Allen.

  1. I made my own minecraft server, a 1.18 PvE 100% vanilla server with a whitelist. If anyone's interested, I posted it on minecraft forums: https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/servers-java-edition/pc-servers/3125699-cat-land-1-18-snapshot-pve-survival-on-a-purely .

  2. yeah, as long as you don't accidentally install windows in the wrong area (i personally disconnect every drive except my new boot drive when I'm installing windows just so I don't have to worry about that, then I reconnect them after windows is installed.)
  3. you'd still be able to access that data and you could manually copy stuff over onto your new drive, at least that's what I've done every time I've upgreaded my boot drive. As for whether to clone or do a clean install, I've never tried cloning the drive so I don't have any input here. I know from experience copying stuff over can be a bit annoying, but idk if you'd run into issues cloning either.
  4. that's a m.2 SSD, it connects to a slot like this on the motherboard you probably destroyed that drive by plugging it into a SATA power connector.. Disconnect it from the power supply and hopefully your pc will boot again, otherwise you'll probably need at minimum a new PSU.
  5. something like https://www.amazon.com/100-240V-Transformers-Switching-Applications-Connectors/dp/B077PW5JC3/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=12v+power+supply&qid=1634073766&sr=8-3 would be a real cheap way to do it, you don't need like a pc power supply.
  6. It probably depends on how your school monitors students, if you're just signing into another microsoft account your school should only be able to monitor stuff directly tied to that microsoft account.
  7.  this is me when there are so many beansScreenshot_20211008-221450.png

  8. I've got a NH D15 and yeah I can confirm it's plenty quiet. Just make sure you pick a good case, GamersNexus does really great in depth case reviews, their case review playlist is https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsuVSmND84QtrMP_niRTD2zIa3uUhxIvn. If you want even better thermals and you don' think you need the extra cores on the 5700G you could probably get a 5600G because at least what i see at https://www.anandtech.com/show/16824/amd-ryzen-7-5700g-and-ryzen-5-5600g-apu-review/11 they're pretty close in iGPU performance.
  9. does it look like this? (without the boxi just copied it from an amazon listing) Those are fan splitters, they let you connect multiple fans to the same fan header on your mobo (in case you have too many fans or not enough mobo headers or whatever else)
  10. every time someone asks when the gpu shortage will be over they add another 5 minutes to the shortage
  11. was this previous computer a pre built one? people like hp and dell like to manufacture e waste by making their power supplies useless on everything else. If it was anold computer and has a 20 pin instead of a 24 pin it should still work, I just wouldn't recommend using a power supply that old
  12. do they have any stickers or engraving on them? you might find the model number that way.
  13. is anything else plugged into the usb ports? "USB Device Over Current Status Detected ! !" sounds like either something attached to the usb port is broken or the usb ports themselves are broken/shorted.
  14. a 240mm liquid cooler seems a bit excessive on a 5600x to me (but there's nothing really wrong with it), other than that the build looks fine.
  15. with a 6700XT I'd get the Optix MAG322CQR-002 because you definitely have the gpu power to run it at 1440p, Unless you really want 240HZ for like ultra competitive gaming idk. 165HZ refresh rate is pretty good too, and the Optix MAG322 or whatever also seems to have the same brightness as the acer one (I think, I can't read german but I assume both of them say 300 cd/m^2)
