About to clean a pretty old PC and I found this fan connector. I was planning on replacing the fan but I have no idea what this is. Any ideas?

What are the temps like? Because this is normal of most GPU's a the fans do not spin under low temps and under certain temps only one may spin to cool that part of the card.

Water cooling fins are too tightly packed for that to be a real solution.

I live in Los Angeles and today this bag appeared on my front steps. Inside there are 2 screw-in LED dimmable bulbs boasting a "warm white" color. The packaging on the bulbs say they are free. I'm posting this because I know someone from Los Angeles is going to see this and I'm wondering who else got this? Even if you don't live in LA, feel free to offer thoughts. I think the idea is to advertise low energy bulbs, but not sure.

Im pretty sure i heard about this on reddit a few days ago. A law was passed in (LA)/(California) to provide free LED lightbulbs to citizens a few years ago in an effort to lower energy consumption. Very cool if you ask me.

Usually founders editions are actually worse than many options that can be bought from seperate manufactures. For example, this MSI card has better thermals and a higher base clock then the founders edition (Whichever GPU chip this will be true):

But if you do want something close or exactly the founders edition, for Nvidia cards EVGA manufactures the founders editions of their Pascal cards - so you can buy a card that is from the same manufacturer as the founder's edition but has better performance and thermals. 
Although, there is one issue with this: Not all cards actually perform better than the founders edition, so they may be cheaper in general, but definitely check the numbers. 
 
So really it just comes down to 3 factors:
1.) Base clock for the price
2.) Looks
3.) Thermals

I've been there, you can try to sit them down and explain why you feel like you can build a PC yourself and how it's for more than just playing games.  

That is going to be harder. I don't know a lot about that, but what I do know:
-Windows 10 pro can remotely control/be controlled by other PC's also running W10 Pro.
-Private Twitch streams are a thing, so that could work if 4k streaming is a thing. (Twitch has compression so don't)
-More professional-like: Get a service or make a service that loops a specific file from the interwebs (You could even just make an unlisted website with no meta) then just change the video file, replace it with one of the same name and BAM! (Just don't use youtube, compression is bad for demos).
