  1. well, did that and the stuttering still occurs, any other ideas?
  2. Are you gaming? Get the 5600x. Are you planning on streaming or recording? Stil get the 5600x because you can just use NVENC. Do you need those extra cores and want to be futureproof? Still wouldn't get the 5800x because of AM5. The price difference isn't worth it, but when you can get it for like 50$ more then I would consider getting the 5800x. The 5600x is great with the 3080!
  3. 1. ryzen 7 5800x - rx6800xt - msi mag b550 - 32gb 3600 2. yeah I'm still using the keyboard, tried a different one but didn't uninstall the old one via the device manager so maybe that's why it still stuttered, will find another keyboard and see if it does fix the issue
  4. Hello everyone, for a long time I've got a weird problem with stuttering. When I'm not playing any games I got no stuttering but when I launch a game and move my mouse in the menus, my mouse and audio stutters (example: https://streamable.com/1np997 - I ran music in the background so you can notice it easier, it happens with all audio). It doesn't happen when I'm playing the game, only in the menus. It does happen in all games, not just Valorant. The issue seems to be fixed after I restart my pc and comes back when I turn it off and on again. Oddly I had the same issue with my old PC, where this issue was a lot worse and the PC was stuttering all the time and needed to be restarted by holding the off switch because it BSOD (the BSOD showed it's a driver error) when restarted in windows (after restart it was also fixed). I thought it may be my keyboard (roccat aimo 121) because this issue started when I got it, but after I did a fresh windows install on my old pc and sold it to my friend, he still has the same issue and basically needs to restart his pc every time he launches it. Does anyone know what the hell is happening?
  5. I'm using the G Pro X Superlight and I can say that it's the best mouse I've used!
  6. I would get the 5600x - it's better for gaming than the 3700x and much better than your 1700 I wouldn't wait till AM5 because: I believe that AM5 will have many problems at the beginning and that the 5600x will be a safer pick, I would get the 5600x now and upgrade when the second gen AM5 CPUs will come out or even the third ones.
  7. Yeah I tried every other resolution and it still happens, even like 1600x900, it only goes away in native 1920x1080
  8. well only csgo, it's hard to change to 1080p after playing 4:3 since 2014
  9. So I bought a new 280hz monitor and I'm using my old 144hz one as secondary screen, where the issue is still present. So it can't be the monitor. It must be something with sharpening and the AMD gpu.
  10. Well this didn't happen on my old pc and countless other players dont experience this issue, so this must be some kind of bug I suppose
  11. Hello, I recently got a new PC with an AMD gpu and when I lower the resolution (ex. 1024x768 in csgo) colors get this weird ghosting effect: ALL green colors get this pink outline which isn't there on native (1920x1080) resolution. Can someone help me fixing this? I already searched the whole internet for an answer and couldn't find it.
  12. I would change the i9 9700 for a ryzen 5 5600x and a b550 motherboard (it's way newer). Maybe wait a bit and buy a 3000 series graphics card like a 3070 or even 3080? A 1660super isn't that good. I also would get a faster HDD because 5k rpm is really slow, maybe get a 1-2tb sata ssd instead?
  13. You're pretty much getting ripped off. CPU is okay. Motherboard isn't specified, it can be the cheapest and worst one. RAM is too slow. The graphics card is too old, I never would spend 2k on a 1080 which is like 3-4 years old. Btw, we still can read your real address and name when we copy it, replace the file asap and blur it out with photoshop or something because someone could use your data for malicious things.
