Good, your mobo have the BIOS flash function. So look in your manual at page 44 and follow the steps. 

There's no way that other 3200Mhz kits aren't available, they're the most common and they don't even have to be on the QVL list for them to work, 3rd Gen Ryzen has improved RAM compatibility a ton and it should easily handle every 3200Mhz kit out there.
 
You might benefit slightly from higher clocks but I'm mostly talking about the Timings (18-21-21), if you wanted optimal performance you should've gone with 3200Mhz CL15/14 or 3600Mhz CL16/17

Ryzen 5 3600 is by far the best option for you. Affordable, comes with a decent cooler and it's almost as powerful as the 9700K in single and multicore scenarios. Not to mention to QMD CPU runs much cooler, uses far less power and isn't affected by dozen intel security issues that keep appearing every day now

3200g is a good choice for an entry level system

its not as much as you would think you are, but nowadays higher speed ram doesnt cost that much more, especially 3200mhz ram.

You need to reset your BIOS to default settings, look up how to clear the CMOS for your motherboard. It's usually in the manual, which is on MSI's webpage for that board.

Are they  old PC's and they have new ones already?
 
Mostly they probably just need is a fresh install of Windows and an SSD.  Not much more you can do machines that old.

In my experience even insanely slow PCs are improved dramatically with an SSD, so I doubt its a lost cause.

Does the issue ocour when you plug into any other devices besides the TV? If so they your TV most likely has a defective audio jack. Also, most 3.5mm jacks on TVs are designed to use with headphones, not PC speakers. As a rule TVs are typically designed for audio to be run through a receiver from the input device directly or through the RCA audio output jacks on the TV. In other cases you may see if there's any additional settings in the TVs audio configuration that may allow to adjust output settings for the 3.5mm jack. If you have the same issue with headphones I would suggest contacting the manufacturer. Make sure to test the speakers on other devices though just to be sure that they're not the issue. Should be able to plug them straight into most smartphones easily enough to test.

I would really take a look at your cooling before you kill another one.
You didn't list any CPU coolers so I'm assuming you're using stock coolers?
 
Yea, invest in better coolers.
They don't even have to be expensive.
Just plug all of your parts for each case into pcpartpicker and see what coolers will fit your rigs.
If even a 20 dollar evo 212 fits, that's good enough.

I would start by doing a clean install of windows and see if it continues from there. Also, be sure that the system is running the latest available GPU driver from the Device manufacturer (i.e.: AMD, NVIDIA...). If the problem still persists and it's a somewhat common issue with that particular model, the I would most likely blame it on the generic motherboard and send it in for RMA.

Try to boot to the BIOS and check if it's in IDE mode or AHCI mode. That could cause some drives not to show up.

Windows is messing with you. Show it who’s the boss by wiping it off your drive and install a Linux distro

Also, If you haven't verified yet, you should check to see if there's any available BIOS update for your motherboard.

@lavablade02 is most likely correct in saying that it's an improperly connected cable. If you've verified that the cable is firmly connected and secured at both ends (or if you're getting the same result over HDMI) I would suggest that you try using a different cable before you replace your monitor. If the issue continues after that, I might try connecting the monitor to a different computer altogether to be sure that the issue is with the monitor and not your display output or GPU altogether.

If you are using an analog display method (VGA/DVI) make sure it is fully plugged in. If not it might be about time for an upgrade, keeping the HDD and adding an SSD.

I just went to device manager and removed the drivers manually. Then rebooted and installed the nvidia drivers again. Worked without that program.

In case anyone doesn't want to go to the profile to see specs:
I would start by removing parts until you're at the bare minimum for the computer to boot at all. So GPU, CPU, motherboard, 1 RAM stick, and PSU.

Since the issue is still occurring I would suggest you clock your RAM down to 2400. Ryzen chips don't always play well with memory that's clocked higher than this. While it may not be an issue in later BIOS updates or later board models, it's currently still a known issue.

Try clearing your CMOS.
It's the little battery that looks like a watch battery in your mobo.
Shut it down, unplug the computer, take that battery out, wait a couple of minutes, put it back in, start it back up again, go to the bios and agree to load factory defaults.
 
I think that'll fix it.
 
 

Try reinstalling the gpu driver and dx.

Sometimes when you install windows and have both an SSD and an HDD plugged in, Windows will install the OS to the SSD, but secretly install the bootloader to the HDD, this is why it wont boot without the HDD installed. Try reinstalling windows with the harddrive unplugged and ONLY the target SSD installed.

Technically, a plastic vacuum cleaner nozzle may charge with static electricity through friction with the incoming air. In turn, said static electricity could get discharged on a component, provided there is no grounding on the nozzle, and there is grounding on the PC.
For what it's worth, I've used vacuums and compressors on PCs, without issues.
 
Read the BSOD carefully, to see what is the source of the failure.
It's free  Re-seat your dimms if there are indications that it can be memory related.
Avoid panic and think logically. Before doing anything, think what it does and what the root of the problem should be for that to make any sense. Then consider whether it is plausible for that to be the actual source of the problem. Don't start doing things randomly and nuke everything for no good reason, or you may face inexplicable problems down the line once you solve the original one.
 
First thing to do then is to backup all those precious files as long as the computer work. If you have another computer or know someonw with a desktop computer, you can always take your hard drive there to check if it works, and make copies of everything that matters.
